Let me start out with I completely understand running a restaurant in todays world is hard. Everyone is short staffed and lots of menu items have gone up in price.
However, a group of us went in for dining a few weeks back. The waitress we originally started out with was fantastic. But 15 minutes after ordering she never checked back on us. Another lady stopped at our table and seen we were all out of drinks and we had to tell her all our orders again. In the course of an hour and a half we were only asked 3 times if we needed refills. We had 3 appetizers ordered, non of which came out before our main meal. As a matter of fact one came out after we were all pretty much done eating. We were all given our food at different times while we were there. (3) of us ordered wings, when they did finally come out they were pretty much room temp and not even hot. They had to come back (2) other times because they kept forgetting stuff that was suppose to be with our food.
Once again I know how tuff the industry is right now but it has a tad ridiculous how our service...
Read moreWe have been patrons of P.J.'s for many, many years. The food and service had always been excellent, while under the ownership and management of P.J. Sloan. However, in the years since the restaurant was taken over by his son-in-law, Larry, the quality of food has greatly declined. Although we have continued to "try" to remain loyal customers, in spite of the poor quality of mostly every food item we have ordered during the past several years, the food ordered today (7/21/15) was absolutely disgusting. The deep fried items had a "weird" taste, as if some of them may have been in the freezer too long, and perhaps the frying oil hasn't been changed in quite a while. Even the dressing on the salad had a "strange" taste. We ended up throwing the entire order away. Sadly, there is something definitely going wrong at P.J.'s. We had continued being customers, hoping things would improve, but this latest "disaster" has now become the final...

I have to agree with Dave. The restaurant is dirty and the food is terrible. I had a hamburger and the meat was raw. Dave is right about the Manager, I told him about the food being under cooked and walked by me. He sent a waitress over 15 minutes later and she took it off the table and didn't return or even to say that they were sorry for the poor food service. Larry the manager is a complete JERK..... I wonder if he has any prior experience in the food industry? I will never return. Warm Beer, Poor Service, Dirty...
