Frank's Treat Time — Restaurant in Crestline

We got ice cream here today, the young lady who took my order and made my order was very nice but also obviously new, the owner giving her "directions" on how to it all was incredibly rude and condescending towards the new employee. While we were waiting we could also hear her speaking to a customer at the window with an attitude. So I asked a worker for her name as to leave a review on the woman's behavior. Myself and damily sat there to eat. And as myself and my family are walking to our vehicle she unprofessionally walked outside to confront me about why I thought she was rude...furthering her...

So fresh and good. Unlike the other ice cream shop up the road from them they took our order just to tell us sorry we are only serving ice cream our grill is closed. HOWEVER FRANKS IS SO AMAZING THEY TOOK OUR ORDER SO POLIETLY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LIME 3 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. THEY WILL ALWAYS GET MY SERVICE OVER ANY OTHER ICE CREAM PLACE. SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE SUCH REASONABLE PRICES DEFINITELY GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH AS WELL AS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH. I DRIVE FROM WILLARD OHIO JUST TO EAT HERE ME MY HUBBY AND MY PUP. HE LOVES...

This place is always packed, yet we still receive service with a smile! Love the atmosphere the owner and employees create- the young people do an amazing job!! The ice cream is the best around, and I love going back to what I grew up on- coneys with cheese, shredded chicken with cheese and pickle, and that wonderful homemade macaroni salad!
