It was ok. For the most part the place was clean although the drink station needed some serious attention. Service was pretty bad. Daughter ordered a soft drink and a special order iced coffee. What she got was the special order coffee and a regular iced coffee. Went back to get the soft drink and an order of fries and ended up waiting forever for the fries and only got a partial order. I don't mind waiting for fresh food but at least make the effort for a complete order of whatever was ordered. The people ahead of us had to wait in more than just fries. And our two orders were the only people in line. They had a few drive thru orders but not enough that service should have been that bad. I would expect that from a full lobby or overly full drive thru. This food chain is not one of our favorites and slow service and messed up orders is a big reason for it. This impromptu visit just reminded us of why we don't visit the chain very often.
Went inside to order and watched them mess up at least 4 orders in a row including mine. As they were trying to fix the orders made before mine. I watched them make my burgers and give them to a customer that had already received the wrong food. I told that customer and the employees that they weren't the correct burgers, but nobody listened. The customer left with the wrong burgers and then they tried to give me the wrong burgers. I didn't even take the bag handed them my receipt and they finally realized how many incorrect orders they had just made. If my math is correct, for 5 burgers ordered, they made 7 burgers, only 3 were correct before I left including my two. So if the customer that left with my burgers goes back to replace hers, and they get it right the first time, they will have made 9 burgers to serve 5 and threw out 4. Makes you think that McDonald's could be a whole lot cheaper if you weren't paying for all the screw ups. Oh, the 4th mistaken order was just a drink with the wrong amount of ice. This place is always a fiasco. My girlfriend and I simply don't like ketchup and they get it wrong probably 25-30% of the time. We never leave the line before opening our burgers. It's...

I called the manager today and spoke with him and he said there's nothing he can do what is going on is when you go through the drive-thru and you order something like today in my bill was 4.61 on the screen outside and when I get to the window the lady charged me 4. 81 and she does not give me receipts when she charges me more. When I called the manager and spoke to him about it he said there's nothing I can do! So somebody's getting over on somebody! Just imagine if you did that several times a day to different people they're walking out of McDonald's with money in their pocket on us. Best believe I called corporate I know they're not corporate that McDonald's is a franchise but it was faxed over to them.
