Country Style Ice Cream — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

The ice cream was amazing, loved the cones. Did not love the service whatsoever. When visiting, it was decently busy. I waited for a good 5 minutes to order which was no problem, while waiting I heard the girl call someone for help. When her help came, it was an older lady who came and took my order. I just got two cones, I did a custom tip which was for $1 on my $8 order for two cones that take very little time to make. The lady hovered over the tip screen and watched it the whole time and then basically yelled “THANK YOU SOOO MUCH” with a condescending tone, no problem. I reply with “Yeah, absolutely!” and a smile. She replies with a “Yeah, absolutely!”. I don’t understand why I was mocked like that or why she felt the need to be that way towards me. I was nothing but pleasant and tipped appropriately. The worker at the ice cream shop today was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy! So, I decided to try this place with my wife a while back, and I cannot have ice cream from any other place anymore! If I do, I feel guilty! Their ice cream/shakes are amazing!
