Since this JB's opened, I have only had one unpleasant/inconvienete issue happen there, and it was resolved in an extremely timely fashion. My cell phone was stolen from there by some random thief who swiped it after I set it down. The CCPD went to JB's to review the cameras and upon reviewing were able to spot the individual in the act of stealing my phone. Love most of the employees however aloy of them have no clue about products which is frustrating. Employees should know the PRICE Of all the products at least the most common ones. The employees don't know anything about their product. After selling me a product they lied to me about didn't work I tried to bring it back. Literally 5 minutes after I bought it. Their attitudes are ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. Sooo rude. And no they wouldn't let me exchange it or give me my money back.
