Update: ordered online and they got my order wrong. It's hard enough to find healthier foods in a fast food place and Wendy's has seems to have taken thier grilled chicken off the menu altogether smh so when i have to order a crispy chicken add cheese i expect it to have everything that comes on it plus cheese yeah i ordered on regular plus cheese and one plain plus cheese but that was because i wanted one reg one plain not two plain, I've been disappointed with this Wendy's my last few times going there.. make sure you completely check the order before pulling away from the window.. So I ordered the #4 with an added side a chili. The food tasted great unfortunately though when I pulled the fries out of the bag it was less than half full. I even checked the bag incase they fell out and there wasn't even one stay fry. I was going to let that slide because I never eat all the fries anyway but then I get the chili out and it was just chili flavored beans and onion, I mean no meat whatsoever. Read moreJuly 10th 2021 my husband and I pulled up to the order window around 9:45pm. We waited until our turn to order, once at the speaker after watching 2 other vehicles ahead of us place their orders we were told that we would not be served and that the restaurant in Crittenden KY closes at 10pm.
All lights were on and staff were still serving customers and we had been waiting in line for 15 minutes for the vehicles ahead of us to pull forward so we could order. We were the last car in line long before 10pm. To be told that we would not be able to order after waiting in drive through and having to drive behind the two vehicles ahead of us through drive through while both vehicles were given food yet we were told to go away.
That's a bit disrespectful as my husband and I are both military veterans and neither of us would turn someone away. It would have been different if we had pulled in at exactly 10pm, but this is not the treatment Wendy's should have towards...

Unless you are into receiving 'attitude' from a manager for trying to order from the posted breakfast menu at 10:20 AM while in the drive-thru lane. Even though the breakfast menu was still posted, the person taking drive-thru orders said "No. We are not serving breakfast." As I was reading from the menu, they sent a boy out to change the menu. So, I asked to speak with a manager. I politely explained that I don't often eat at Wendy's, but now you have given me a reason to not return. The manager's attitude filled response was: "Why? Because we made a mistake!"
A more appropriate response would have been, "I apologize for the inconvenience. Are there any other menu items we can get for you." But, that would have required respect for your customers; even if they are at the other end of an intercom.
By the way... McDonald's, which I hardly ever patronize, was more than happy to prepare two sausage and egg...
