Dunkin' — Restaurant in Crofton

I simply ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps with American cheese and 2 turkey sausage and cheese wraps with American cheese and no egg. I said all of the specifics mentioned above. As I was watching the man who was making the wraps , I had to correct him and tell him AGAIN no egg on the sausage wraps and he questioned me as if I didn’t know what I ordered. Than I turned away thinking there’s no way you can mess up a wrap that comes with egg and American cheese as the regular way to make it. I was sadly mistaken. He put white cheddar cheese on my wrap. When I called twice , no one answered.

I came back and they questioned me yet again. I asked if I could get the correct wraps and they asked for a Reciept after I presented the incorrect wraps to them. And I wondered (because I didn’t have a Reciept , I used my mobile app) , I didn’t have a Reciept but what did I do? I must’ve come behind the counter , made my own wraps incorrectly, stole them without pay , and then left all without being seen? Right. This place is unbelievable. No one apologized.

But the food...

I used to stop in here all the time, buying packs of donuts for my students and for all sorts of family events -- sometimes buying 4 or 5 50-count munchkin boxes at a time, or 3 or 4 dozen regular. But this morning, I got a rude awakening -- I got to school with the munchkins I bought for a special treat for my students,but instead of two 50-count boxes, I had one 40-count and one 39-count,a considerable amount less than I needed. I stopped back at the store on my way home, and the pm manager asked if I wanted the rest of the munchkins. (No offer to reimburse me.) I said it was too late ... but she just couldn't figure out how on earth to make it right, and told me to come back tomorrow to speak to the other manager. I think not .... I have other stuff to do, and there are lots of other Dunkin' Donuts stores to use. I won't come back to this one -- I don't have the time to count the munchkins when I buy them! I have to be able to trust that I won't be ripped off. ...

Long story short. Bad experience and won’t go back. Guy at register could not understand when I asked for a decaf mocha. I tried to clarify and he did not seem to get it. A coworker came over to help and he pushed him away and started an argument! A third worker came in to intervene. Like are you serious. I’m dual language and I understand learning a second language but if you are going to have someone work at your register please put someone that has been through some training and is at least proficient in your ‘Dunkin coffee donut’ terminology. Also combative high and mighty personality doesn’t fit well woth a job where you are dealing with the public. Bad bad PR really. I walked out as they all were arguing. The guy at the register could have cared less. Dunkin Donut you are serving the population here in Crofton. Step it up. Although I’ll not be back to this location unless it changes hands. I only out one star because it won’t let you do less in...
