Be aware that they do not over cook your steak. Mine was sent back 3 times to get it right, and it was the waitress who was on top of this. I didn't ask, but she saw and knew. Kudos to her! The only negative was the temperature while we were there was warmer than expected, too warm for my husband, but I enjoyed not freezing 😅

Great place for a Sunday brunch date. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the Bloody Mary was the perfect addition to the chicken and waffles. Everyone was so friendly and the owner even came over to make sure everyone was pleased with their meal. I will definitely be back to sample their dinner menu!

Great ambiance. Food was fantastic. Service was spot on. Everyone in our party of four were VERY happy with the dinner. We topped things off by sharing a piece of delicious... 😋...Hummingbird Cake. If you don't know what that is, it is NOT what you might think. And, yes, we bought t-shirts!

The owner, hostess, and waitress were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly welcomed and promptly seated. Reservations suggested. (We had them). Their service hours and days are limited.

The menu includes appetizers and lighter fare, steaks, seafood, chicken and pasta options. The menu is not overly extensive making your choices much easier.

We started with the onion tower, (it was not a tower, but in a basket) however they were very good as the batter was uniform, great texture, and thoroughly fried. My guests enjoyed steaks while I ordered the crab cakes. The entrees are served with two sides. The plate presentations looked nice. The steaks were prepared as requested and customers were satisfied. My crab cakes were a bit saltier than I expected/preferred.

For the sides, we had salads, asparagus, creamed spinach, and baked potato. The salads were plentiful and fresh. The asparagus color was quite yellow, not green. They tasted ok but they should have been green. The baked potato was thoroughly cooked and again a bit salty. I was told the creamed spinach was good.

We need with some desserts. The looked and tasted very good.

I think you will walk away satisfied. The facility was very clean and...

Went recently with my mom and an old friend for mom's 89th bday. Waited 30 min for service after seating- they seemed understaffed. Server was nice but trouble lurked... Mom got chicken alfredo something-something, friend got filet mignon "oscar" (low-rent crab meat, asparagus, which they were out of, and "hollandaise sauce", which tasted canned at best), and I got ribeye, also "oscar". Mom's was underwhelming - could have gotten that made better anywhere else for much less; friend's meal was ok except for the "oscar" bit, and my steak was black on the outside and totally raw inside (asked for medium rare.) Had to send mine back twice (a 25-minute effort) to get it done right, but I was full of waffle fries and other stuff by the time the steak was done right, and I could only eat 1/2 of it. I scraped off the "oscar" part from my steak, as it tasted cheap and half-ass. None of us saw fit to take home the plentiful leftovers. Friend (big guy) got 1 pc German Choc. cake and 1 pc carrot cake, and said both were way too sweet, but maybe that's a TN thing. For all that, plus a domestic beer and a glass of wine, it was roughly $160 after tax. They took off ONE $10 piece of cake as an apology for all the trouble....

My husband and I went out to dinner tonight for my birthday. Everything we ordered was good, the fried mushrooms, the french onion soup, the filet mignon I ordered was cooked perfectly. My husband's prime rib was great. I also ordered the Oscar asparagus for one of my sides. The crab meat with the asparagus stunk to high heaven. Crab meat isn't supposed to have a fishy smell. It was a strong, fishy smell. I didn't eat the crab. I did eat the asparagus. I let the manager or owner, not sure who he was know that the crab was bad. He argued with me saying that just because I don't like crab doesn't mean it's bad. I told him I love crab and this crab stinks and is bad. He continued to argue with me that the crab was fresh and he knows his inventory. This infuriated me because crab shouldn't have a fishy smell and he needs training in customer service. He should have just apologized to me and offered me something else or to take it off the bill. He argued with me instead. If you order crab anywhere and it has a strong fishy smell, don't eat it. I won't be returning to...
