As a reputable and professional musician of 20 plus years I have never observed such a display of poor and unprofessional management as we did in this establishment by the heavyset blonde with fake eyelashes.. she verbally attacked a group of customers in the designated smoking area for smoking marijuana which is perfectly legal as the alcohol served.. from that point she threatened to call the police that's when I decided to step in and handle the situation 4 state police cruisers showed up she was asked to go back inside she was told there's nothing she could do because it is legal I was apologized to from the police and they were appalled of the self-created situation of reoccurring poor management which I was told constantly wasting valuable police time.. I witnessed multiple tables leaving as a result of a negative atmosphere created.. I apologize to the Guinness Brothers band for not being able to continue sitting in with them due to the situation.. which negatively impacted the whole establishment including ruining the atmosphere the band had worked so hard to create.. I apologize to the owners of the establishment for this review and as a longtime acquaintance of many years the deceased previous owner Don would have never allowed this type of behavior from staff in his establishment and if this is one of his kids that was not taught how to professionally run an establishment it definitely shows and is affecting the business in a very negative manner..I apologize for the loss in revenue and the thousands of dollars in revenue that will be lost in the future as a direct result of this incident local customers that spend multiple days a week at this establishment will not be returning but I cannot apologize for the poor decision in hiring your management which needs to be removed and replaced with a manager with more of a business and professional standpoint to serve this community because this behavior is unacceptable in the eyes of the people and the police of...

Very inexperienced wait staff but for one or two. Long wait for acknowledgement or a drink. Appetizers were frozen in the middle. Ordered a drink from the waitress and she never ordered it. I asked her where my drink was, she didn't know. Seriously? 8 of us came for the perch dinner on a Friday and left without it. We had to ask another waitress to please get our waitress for us and she took her sweet time coming. She had 3 tables but definitely couldn't handle it. If you dare express displeasure about your service you're deemed rude and they will tell you to leave. I thought the customer is always right? Not since covid it seems. I have been going there for over 35 years and I have never seen service so bad in my life. We were already getting our bill when our waitress decided to open her mouth about leaving. I love the view on the deck but it's not worth the price of a drink you have to get yourself, cold food and rotten service. I can get the same view and self service from my cooler. Food was cold last 2 visits. Waitress is rude, slow, and inefficient. She would have gotten a minimum of $30 off us. We were all experienced waitstaff ourselves and tip more than 10%. I want to like this place, I really do but the service is always sooo bad. I stopped by Friday 6/21/25 between 4-5pm. There were 3 tables of 2 people each so we were the 4th couple on the entire deck. One server took our drink order, another different one served us our drinks and a 3rd one delivered our food, but all in a pretty timely manner. Then no one, for roughly 15 minutes, even came out. Someone from another table had to go inside to get assistance and she only attended his table and didn't check on anyone else. It's like everyone else was invisible. Our drinks were empty and she just walked on by. We ended up just walking inside and instead of getting another drink, we just asked for our bill and left. There were 4 ladies all standing there as soon as you walk in, seemingly doing nothing. I mean, the door is glass. You don't see us sitting there with an empty clear plastic cup??
