The Jetty — Restaurant in Croton Township

Amazing, amazing place! My mom brought me here for breakfast when I was in town visiting and I had one of the best plates of "Captain's Choice" Biscuits & Gravy that I've ever had.

I got a full order (two fluffy biscuits covered in their homemade sausage gravy) and got a very generous portion. The gravy was very chunky and had just enough kick. The biscuits were fresh, too!

The service was impeccable. Everyone was very nice and personable. Their special that morning was a Lemon Dream French Toast and they even walked around providing samples of the lemon filling.

There is four tables and a small bartop inside and more seating outside, including a bartop alongside the road so that you can watch traffic while you eat.

When you arrive, you order at the counter and they'll bring you your order when complete.

I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again! There's now a reason to head to Croton other than...

Amazing! The wife and I were in the area for our anniversary. Before riding the Dragon Trail we decided to grab breakfast here...best decision ever!! The staff and the food were both equally incredible! So good that we came back the following morning for round 2. I recommend The Captain with eggs over easy and rye toast! My wife had the stuffed French toast and it was out of this world! The owner was awesome, she personally came out to make sure everything was good. This place was one of the highlights of a great anniversary weekend. We can't wait to make our way back...

This cute shop serves good ice cream by the lake. The staff were nice and attentive (we had a nice conversation, which turned into a Christian pep talk owing to the "missionary" identity of the place). Hard serve ice cream was great, soft serve had a coconut taste we didn't expect in a German chocolate flavor but which we ended up enjoying no less. We'll be back to keep exploring their...
