Frosto Drive Inn — Restaurant in Crowley

We have been wanting to go here for years so we finally did yesterday. But I am so disappointed with the service. It was just extremely awkward! We walked in and up to the counter and the cashier says hello and just stands there. We didn't know if we could seat ourselves or if they did or what. So we asked do we sit anywhere and she said yes and that was that. So we then realize we don't have a menu so I go back up there and get one (which doesn't have a kids menu on it but there is one on the wall I just didn't see it) then back up there to order. She charged me for an extra drink and after repeating the order back to me it correctly, it still came out wrong. It was a very odd experience all together. Then she points out our order number to let us know they will call the number out but then just brings our food to everyone else's table asking if it's there's instead of just calling out the number. Customer service has went down to unacceptable. First off I paid with cash and the 4% discount was not applied. I Order a large snow cone and received a medium. I asked for a 1/2 sugar free cherry and 1/2 bubble gum sugar free. It was awful someone messed up on making the syrup. And I was change a extra $0.99. because of two different syrups even though it's the same amount. I had to trash it anyway. Then when I looked at the receipt the is a extra charge. When I went back in I asked the staff. I was told they don't do the 4% discount for cash payments. And she doesn't know what the extra charge is for. I am attaching my receipt. I have no problem paying advertised price but I don't like being lie to. I only go to this location when passing through usly 4-6 times a year. June 11th 2021 @ 7:30 p.m. It's too bad how far we've came since the 50's. Absolute horrid service. Frozen hamburger patty's. Frozen tots. I had to go to the counter twice to ask for a slice of cheese that was left off my burger. The first time the girl ignored me while making eye contact 3 feet away to answer the phone.
