Casey's — Restaurant in Crystal Lake

Got to leave a review for this Casey's. I get breakfast from them every single day that I get off work and then sometimes even when I have a day off (i.e. more than I want to admit.)

Recently I ordered three pizzas for my workplace. They said they would have my pizza ready and they were ready on time. Something came up at work and I wasn't able to pick up the pizza for an hour. I informed Janet who told me she would try her best to keep the pizza warm.

After an hour, I called and they said they would recook the pizzas. I offered to pay for the previous three, but they wouldn't allow it. We got the pizzas as they were coming out of the oven, fresh and delicious.

My entire workplace could not believe that a gas station pizza could be that good. The next day, most of them had checked the fridge for leftover pizza, but it didn't even last a full work shift.

The entire workforce at Casey's is courteous and friendly, but Janet gets a special shout-out for going above and beyond to help me. I feel that another place might have told me to pound sand and pay for cold pizzas, but not Casey's. Thanks for everything and I'm glad you guys came to Crystal Lake. The pizza here is...

I went in to get my pizza and breadsticks. I was going to receive a free large pizza and free breadsticks. He told me the total and I asked why cause I should’ve gotten it for free. I did not realize that the breadsticks were only supposed to be cheesy breadsticks. I then asked if they could re make it because I wanted to get a free breadstick, he stated “we will be loosing money then” and “we just wasted making a breadstick, we can’t sell it now” I said so you’re going to refuse me to get a new one? And he said “well you ordered the pepperoni” I said it’s fine it’s okay. I tried to grab my pizza and breadsticks before paying and he grabbed the breadsticks and tried to take them from me after I said It’s okay I’ll still get it. Not satisfied at all. They need to update THEIR hours google and website says 24 hours but I went about 11:50pm and they had all the lights off and lights at gas pumps off and cashier was counting her drawer down. And I was unable to get gas and make my purchase. After I drove home I checked website & google and it assured me they were open 24 hours so I called a man answered and said they changed to close at midnight now and I said ok well you closed early tonight ten min early if not more because all the light were off and lady counting drawer down ten min early! Very disappointed. If you close at midnight lights should be on and inviting people to get gas or whatever needed till that time. Period. Not be in a rush and make people uncomfortable to...
