Starbucks — Restaurant in Crystal Lake

Giving 2 stars because I’m nice. Ordered 2 drinks, one for me and wife, but she rang me up for three. While waiting for them I looked at the receipt and saw 3rd item, a mocha I never even discussed. Never ordered these before because I’m not a Starbucks groupie, so I didn’t realize price was wrong until I saw receipt. So I went to the register for clarification and to stop them from making a third drink. I was abruptly told to wait my turn but I tried to explain that it was a simple question, and she looked at me and said: “I told you I’d help after I’m done helping this gentleman.” Very rude. Needless to say they wasted a drink they shouldn’t have made. Got the two I ordered and was asked if I wanted a drink caddy. No thank you, no warm smile. Nothing. This place needs to get nicer people....

The best Starbucks!! My new fav, go to. Always get my drink correct (it's a little complicated, yes I'm that girl). The bathrooms are eco efficient and always so clean. Great selection of snacks. Close to house-added bonus!! Super friendly employees!! No matter what "shift" is working, always friendly and seem happy at their jobs. Something that you don't, unfortunately see at many Starbucks anymore. Most employees act like they don't want to be there and if you "alter" your drink AT all they get super irritated. Not the Starbucks I remember going to. Now however I have found an "old school" Starbucks that treats the customer with care and friendly service and really truly acts like they care about your order and want to be there doing what they do for us...

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Mobile orders are never ready, even 10-15 minutes after you arrive you will hear that no one noticed your order , or some other excuse. The door is often locked in the morning because someone forgot to open it. In other locations you are always greeted with a smile, here you will not find it, quite the opposite. Maybe They should replace the manager of this location because it's only getting worse day by day. They’ve must’ve changed the hours recently, but nobody bothered to put a note on the door, I was standing with some lady right after 5 AM wondering what’s going on and it turned out they’re open since 530 now, no note on the...
