Came here after getting dropped off at flamenco beach. Decided to order some pastelillos. After 20 minutes passed still no food. Everyone after and before me got their food. Finally went to the counter and said hey wheres the food I payed for. The cashier asked the guy that would grab the food hey wheres the guys empanadas and the other guy said i dont know. The guy then asked the cook hey wheres is his food and she said what food you didn’t ask me for anything. I immediately asked for my money back. They tried to short change me back my $20 but it was resolved quickly. One of my biggest things is customer service and this place forgot what this is.
