Called in a takeout order tonight for dinner, the person on the phone was super unprofessional, I couldn't hardly hear her when it first picked up and all I heard was laughing in the background, but after she said "William's" again I said I needed to place a to go order, and she responded with "We can't do that, we ran out of food", I said "I'm sorry?" and she repeated "We can't do that, we ran out of all our food", then said "I'm just kidding" and laughed. I get having a little fun at work, but it's super unprofessional to answer the phone like that, I'm trying to place my order and she starts saying "What kind of party are you having?" Because of my large quantity order and when we got there to pick up the first waitress (who was great and very nice) said she couldn't access our order because it hadn't been put in yet. She went to get the lady that I spoke with on the phone and she came to the window and said "So y'all got a bunch of meat?" And asked if we wanted to guess the total, again super unprofessional. I felt like the total was a bit higher than what I figured on the menu online, so I asked for a receipt and I went inside to speak to the manager and ask about the price difference, he explained that the Google menu isn't affiliated with them and those prices are not accurate and gave me a menu and also explained that there is a $0.15 to go charge per item so just be aware of that if you're looking over their menu online. I don't normally ask to speak to managers, and I'm sure the staff had a nice laugh behind my back and probably called me a Karen because you can't ask any questions of management without being made to seem like a crazy person, I wasn't rude or loud at all, like I said the first server we dealt with at the window and who brought out our order was awesome and very sweet, the server taking phone orders was super unprofessional. We ordered 1/2 pint of white sauce that we...

I came yesterday and got 3 chicken fingers for my fiance and the 2 sides she got were fried okra and a baked potato her chicken fingers were small and not fried right they didn't have any taste to them her okra was not soft was hard and her potato was even cooked it wasn't soft like they are supposed to be when you bite in to a bake potato taste like it was cold she was wanting honey mustard but she didn't even get that it was on the ticket but not in her bag my order the hamburger steak was probably the only good thing about the order the baked beans I know they came out of a can but no taste or spice add to them my baked potato has 3 black places it was cold when I tasted it and we both had a texas toast hard as a rock good thing I had good teeth and nt false teeth my fiance couldn't even bite in to her with out it being so hard good thing she had good teeth she didn't finish eating her's ever who your cook is needs to go to culinary school or read instructions on how to cook things I didn't know how to cook but I learned she would tell me what tempture to put the bake potato on and it turns out right each and every time soft and steaming and not hard and cold either you need to get a cook that knows how to cook or you need to drop back and punt because what ever you are doing and whoever is cooking it not working out for you we thought we might could make two meals out of our meal we didn't even finish that one because it wasn't good and was still hungry after spending a lot of money on those two meals we want be back and I would not recommend this restaurant to know one I be embarrassed if I told someone to go there and eat thinking it was a good restaurant get your act together people are you may not be in...

Wilson Barbecue in Cullan is a true hidden gem that BBQ lovers and sweet tooths alike need to discover! This locally owned treasure serves up some of the most mouthwatering barbecue in the area, but what really sets it apart are their incredible fresh-baked goods.

Let's start with the BBQ - it's absolutely delicious. The meats are smoked to perfection, with that beautiful pink smoke ring that BBQ aficionados crave. Their pulled pork is tender and juicy, the brisket melts in your mouth, and the ribs... oh, those ribs! They're fall-off-the-bone good with a perfect balance of smoky flavor and their house-made sauce.

But here's where Wilson Barbecue really shines - their baked goods are an absolute must-try! I'm talking heavenly, made-from-scratch desserts that'll make your taste buds dance. Their pies are out of this world - flaky, buttery crusts filled with seasonal fruits or decadent creams. And don't even get me started on their cinnamon rolls - they're the size of your head and oozing with gooey goodness.

The atmosphere is casual and friendly, with that down-home feel you want in a local BBQ joint. The owners are often around, chatting with customers and ensuring everything is top-notch. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every bite.

Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Portions are generous, so come hungry!

Whether you're a local or just passing through Cullan, make sure to stop by Wilson Barbecue. Come for the excellent BBQ, but definitely stay for the amazing baked goods. It's a delicious celebration of local flavors and home-style cooking that you won't...

William’s Barbecue is the BEST BBQ around. The Brisket will blow your mind. I also recommend trying the honey fries. 👍👍 The server, Leah, was kind and friendly. The food came out fast. I came on Friday and the inside is SUPER CLEAN and pleasant with ambient music playing (and thankfully not too loudly). There’s plenty of large tables and booths to have business lunch meetings or a night out with a large group. Williams BBQ checks all the right boxes ✅ so I’ll be back frequently. I also heard they do catering so I’ll try that for our business or church in the near future.

Officialy the worst food and steak I have ever had. They took forever to get my to go order and I get back home and they didn't give me butter or sour cream for my potato or dressing for my salad and the steak looked like it had been cooked on the grill briefly then microwaved or boiled and it was cold. I live very close so it shouldn't have been cold. The steak was terrible I cannot stress how bad. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We went here around 7pm and got the chicken liver plate. The livers themselves were well cooked and probably would have been great. Unfortunately, they were cooked in old/burnt fryer oil and you could smell it as soon as we got the plates. They were overly dark and you could taste it. Service was good, though.
