Called in a takeout order tonight for dinner, the person on the phone was super unprofessional, I couldn't hardly hear her when it first picked up and all I heard was laughing in the background, but after she said "William's" again I said I needed to place a to go order, and she responded with "We can't do that, we ran out of food", I said "I'm sorry?" and she repeated "We can't do that, we ran out of all our food", then said "I'm just kidding" and laughed. I get having a little fun at work, but it's super unprofessional to answer the phone like that, I'm trying to place my order and she starts saying "What kind of party are you having?" Because of my large quantity order and when we got there to pick up the first waitress (who was great and very nice) said she couldn't access our order because it hadn't been put in yet. She went to get the lady that I spoke with on the phone and she came to the window and said "So y'all got a bunch of meat?" And asked if we wanted to guess the total, again super unprofessional. I felt like the total was a bit higher than what I figured on the menu online, so I asked for a receipt and I went inside to speak to the manager and ask about the price difference, he explained that the Google menu isn't affiliated with them and those prices are not accurate and gave me a menu and also explained that there is a $0.15 to go charge per item so just be aware of that if you're looking over their menu online. I don't normally ask to speak to managers, and I'm sure the staff had a nice laugh behind my back and probably called me a Karen because you can't ask any questions of management without being made to seem like a crazy person, I wasn't rude or loud at all, like I said the first server we dealt with at the window and who brought out our order was awesome and very sweet, the server taking phone orders was super unprofessional. We ordered 1/2 pint of white sauce that we...
