Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have an exemption from the mask order. I keep it printed off in my purse. I was told by this store they did not care if I was exempt or not, and exemptions did not matter to them. Every other store has always honored my written and printed exemption. The manager at Kay’s would not even look at it. After rudely kicking me out of their store in front of other customers, they have kept my engagement ring for almost a month. Each time they give us a date that it is “due at the store” they come up with an excuse of why it hasn’t come in yet. This time it is because they lost several of my stones while cleaning the ring. This place has the worst customer service I have experienced by far. Terrible quality jewelry as well. After the third week of waiting for my fiancées ring to come in, they told me the stones had fallen out from polishing the ring and they were lost so they had to fix it. Stones should not just fall out when polishing a ring. The store manager was SO rude to me and my fiancée when we would call or go up there to check on the status of the ring that I had already paid for. After a month of waiting for the engagement ring I finally had to get my money back since the manager made it clear she did not want our business. I will definitely never be back to Kay Jewelers. The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice & helpful. When I arrived at the store she automatically called me by name before I ever said I was the one that called. She didn't try to push me to buy more or to push super expensive stuff at me. I'm very thankful for that, a lot of jewelry store's are so intimidating as it is. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but a huge thank you!!! My 15 yr old son said that I /we did great on the necklace & earrings for his girlfriend, it was perfect. Only thing next time on your mailers plz put that the $50 off your purchase of $99 or more can't be used on sale items. Cause no where does it say it can't be used on a sale item. So thankfully I barely had the extra money to buy both items he wanted to get...
