Last time I went here I had an issue where my coffee was made wrong so I went back in and asked them to remake the coffee. The young man that was there forcibly refused to make my coffee and demanded that I present the receipt that he did not give me, otherwise he wasn't making my coffee. So I walked out having paid for a coffee with no coffee in my hand now and called the corporate offices. They informed me that this would be handled and that they would have the store owner call me to rectify this issue within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours never gotta call back so I called corporate again. This time they told me they escalated the status of this issue apologized and told me that the owner would reach back out in 48 hours and if they didn't that corporate themselves would handle the matter. After another 48 hours I never got a phone call from the store owner, Corporate never followed up with me, and so here I am today still without the coffee that I paid for and with no acknowledgment from any sort of supervisor or owner. I have told everyone I know about this I let them know how unprofessional this Dunkin donuts is and that it's easily the worst I've ever been in experience with. I felt disrespected by the young man that refused to give me my remade coffee as he laughed at me walking out the door empty handed. Corporate will continue to hear about this from me until it gets rectified. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMAJOR room for improvement. I couldn't believe what I just experienced as I was in the drive-thru line. We had a relatively small order, only having 3 donuts, 1 bagel, and a beverage. This order should not have taken as long as it did. I ordered and went up to the pickup window and that is where the mayhem began. We got our donuts and bagel without any trouble, and they said they would be "right back" with the beverage. Well, to put it straight, that did NOT happen! There was no line when we went up to the drive thru and by the time we were done they were almost leading into another establishments parking lot. After around 10 minutes, another person (not the original person) decided to come to the window. They asked what we were waiting for. Excuse me? It's not like we've been here for 10 minutes. We told them we needed the beverage, and a few minutes later they finally came back with the drink. When they handed me the drink, we still said thank you and the worker had no interest in talking to us. He didn't say you're welcome, and abruptly closed the window. So frustrating. On a side note, their prices are outlandish. For some reason a large Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher costs upwards of 4 dollars. In other locations, in the same county, it will be around $3.50.
