Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Cumberland

1 employee was giving me eye rolling & attitude when I asked her if I had any paychecks when I used to work there. 👁👀😒 Other than HER, the employees seem friendly & VERY FAST & convenient with making things. 😁 It’s hard for me to decide which coffee place is better: Starbucks or Marylou’s. ☕️💫⭐️🌟✨ The prices of each café are similar & they both have delicious varieties of coffee flavors. ☕️ The employees have been rough on me when I used to work there simply because I was having trouble memorizing the 27 different coffee flavors with different ingredients in each of them & I had no cheat notes, either on the job. ☕️😐 I just wish Marylou’s lowered their coffee prices by like $1.00 or so...it is very expensive to get ANYTHING there. ☕️💵😒 I would still reccomend this café to...

I am not sure if the cashier was having a bad day but holy cow did it seem like her job was a big inconvenience 😂 did not put cold foam so I asked for it at the window and legit huff and puffed about it like I’m making her build a bridge. Then did not give straws so I had to ask for them and she basically rolled her eyes, geez I’m sorry for asking for something that should’ve been offered with my lids that need a straws. If you don’t like your job handling costumers making don’t work with the public , and to the hiring manager do better with the process cause clearly you hire workers that could care less about...

The other day when I went the poor girl running the window looked like she was ready to cry. Her manager wasn't working, they sent girls from another store that were really struggling to get it together (my coffee was wrong twice within minutes) and she was trying to get her gm to help out. But she apologized and remade my drink and it was perfect! Told her to take charge and get it done. Felt so bad for her, she was so sweet. Aside from the chaos going on in there, the coffee is great...
