Beef-A-Roo Rose City — Restaurant in Cumming Township

I wasnt going to write a review but after no reply from thier facebook that being the reason i went there for the 5.99 jr cheeseburger fries and shake deal as advertised i am writing this to inform people of the improper wait service and handling of a customer at this restaurant.. I Went to beef a roo at 329pm on 10/16 made special trip to rose city just to have my lunch/dinner from a town over pulled into a drive thru system not working with a note to hit the button and pull up and order so i did with my large truck with trailer stopping at the first window of buidling waiting for till 335pm then no one then figured pull up to second window and i waited till 338pm and then nocked on the window itself and to watch a customer park at 340pm and walk up and order get taken care of and sereved i thru my truck in park there and walked to the window and then proceeded to order after saying i was in the drivethru waiting already. I ordered the jr cheeseburger plain fries shake a cheesecurd and a burger plain paid for my order and then after the other customer being served and another 5 mintues they inform me they were out of cheesecurds after order paid for and waiting.. so i asked for a refund for the curds and waited till 4pm till i got my food. No curds but the burgers were good like the first day they opened but for a total of a half hour of time and poor service with improper handling of systems even when trying to contact management via facebook about the issue with no response i leave this restaurant a 1...

Had a regular burger with fries the other day. I ordered it without onions or pickles. It was a pretty decent burger. The burger had a good char on it which was good! I asked for mayonnaise but they put very little of it on there. I guess next time I'll ask for extra ketchup and mayonnaise. I don't eat sesame seed buns so it was nice that they have non sesame seed buns as an alternative, but it would have been even better if they toasted it instead of giving me a bun that wasn't even warmed up. I know next time to ask. Drive-thru is a little narrow. I thought I was going to scrape my tire on the curb but I didn't so that's good! Fries were hot and crispy which was nice! All in all I would go back when I'm in town and try some of their other items or even just a regular burger. A lot of reviewers praise their shakes so maybe I'll try...

Waited 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to the speaker to the time I got my food and there was one truck ahead of me. (don’t tell me it’s because it’s all made fresh to order- It’s a frozen patty and my fries were certainly not fresh.) Ordered a chicken sandwich, fry and pop, $14. I am so pissed I paid $14 for this. The chicken sandwich is a patty similar to the McChicken you can get across the street except smaller and twice as expensive and gross. Also don’t tell people it’s mayonnaise when it isn’t. Do not go here. I hope whoever opened this at the franchise level invested everything they have and they lose everything when it inevitably closes and whoever owns this at the corporate level makes a lot of “friends” when he goes to prison for some...
