Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cumru Township

I've been a patron about once or twice a month at this location since they opened. I've noticed a slow decline in the donuts, toppings, and the munchkins.

Anything glazed is now just a suggestion of glaze, like the glaze was made too thin, so it's just a shiny donut or munchkin, rather then actually being incase in a sugary glaze.

Non of the frosted donuts look that great, or have near as much frosting as they use to. And the frosting is normal not solid, but rather a royal icing consistency, which isn't Dunkin.

The munchkins are bland, and the selection is limited. The chocolate munchkins always taste day old or worse, with non existent glaze. The glazed non cake donuts, have as I stated above, zero glaze on them. The blueberry donuts look as they always have, but they have hardly any flavor.

I don't know if this is due to employee turn around, lack of care, no attention to detail, or simply a owner trying to save money across the board from hvac costs to ingredients, but it's definitely not what you get at most other Dunkin, or any other place that sells donuts.

Avoid this place. I've had enough. I live about 3 mins away so it has been convenient for well over a year now. I can not say that my coffee has ever been made correctly. I have returned coffees, spoken to managers, disputed charges it never ends! I'm so sick of it. It's NOT HARD to make a coffee correctly if you follow the directions and procedures put in place by the franchise! I can go to ANY OTHER dunkin and they get it right the first time. It's inconsistent even down to their donuts and cooked breakfast food. Either is cold and under cooked or over cooked. I can't do it anymore. My family spends $50 a day at this location. I'm paying for one of their employees salaries!!! They will feel our family's absence. No more, I will not order here anymore and that includes for Doordash. I will travel 10mins away to another location. Doubt this review will even matter or be seen but if it is FIX IT and train your employees correctly or you will continue to lose repeat customers like...

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. Short red hair girl and a dark hair tall man. They do not belong in the custom service portion of this company. Got both my moms and my drink screwed up and then proceeded to give me an attitude and the man argued with me that my cup had light ice when it was literally more than half full of ice 😂, I’ve gotten light ice every single time and that air was an ugly way to treat me over requesting light ice after asking several times for it. He then took it back inside dumped ice and a quarter of my drink out and handed it back to me. DISGUSTING!!
