Updated review: I frequent this place quite a bit and I am always impressed with the food here. I go out of my way from Cleveland to grab wings here. Earlier this this evening, the bartender there just wasn't the most appropriate. I was taking pictures of my meal (Which is normally $60) + the wings I was taking home. While doing so, the bartender kinda made it into a "joke" except his tone was condescending. Even got some of the other customers to kind of chuckle and I really didn't appreciate that. I was updating a Google review of this place(which my pics have already generated 200,000 views) . I felt that wasn't professional at all. Even after I explained to him what I was doing, he didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with what he said. Or did. Even showed him my #s on Google(which are at 1.3M) and I was met with sarcasm. I felt ridiculed and out of place. Kind of ashamed to be doing what I do best, and that is marketing. Promotion is part of what I do. (As this is an occupation of mine) and I know that my review and pics have made this place money. Or up -sold any items I have posted

The nice girl at the bar has never treated me like this. My opinion of the food here still stands as great, but.....

I won't be returning here after today. I've spent hundreds of $$$ here because I enjoy these wings so much. But, this last experience was pure unpleasant.

Wing Stop in Cleveland has NEVER treated...

I visit (frequently) Stow, Springfield and even Norton occasionally - and all seemingly rave about this jewel of the chain... What a disappointment... Thursday night - so the bar is full of dollar beer lovers - our waitress was great - her and the onion rings - the ONLY reason they got two stars and not ZERO... So the place is empty except the bar - order the Bier-cheese burger - something I recommend regularly... I wish the cook would have spit on it - then it would have had some moisture in it. Obviously the 'chef' had a family emergency and the burgers were left on the grill for about 25 minutes too long - both mine and my buddies were near inedible. I love the Springfield location - which has been plagued by bad cooks this last year - but OH MY - this place makes Springfield look like a Michelin three star... This was my second trip here - the first was Wings - and they were not cooked long/hot enough - but I dismissed it to they were busy - this time - we were the ONLY orders for the hour... What a shame. Also - seems electricity must be overly burdensome as the majority of the TVs near us were OFF.

I cannot remember the last night out we had when my buddy was so upset about his food being so poor. I'm a snob - he puts up with almost anything - but him clearly stating we will NEVER go back there - speaks volumes - in five years of eating out once a week - I've NEVER heard...

This place looked nice as we drove by on our way back from the archery range that is down the road. Upon entering nobody greeted us and I had to go up to the guy at the bar who was on his phone to ask if I could sit or if I needed to be seated. All the booths had holes in the benches and didn't look very clean. We were hungry so we decided to try it anyway. I went to use the restroom and on my way back an African American gentlemen with tattoos and Cleveland gear on followed me back. I saw him sitting at the tables infront of the bar television and was wearing an apron so he must work in the kitchen. He pulls me aside and said if I have a license to carry that is cool but I can't have it in here. I said I didn't see a no gun sign on door did I miss it somewhere. He said even though there wasn't I still couldn't have it in the building. No wonder this place was practically empty, besides horrible service and a dirty beat up establishment they don't want law abiding gun owners who are licensed to carry in their establishment. Needless to say we left and they didn't get our business. Too bad they don't have negative stars. My kids asked why we left and I said because you don't give people your money who don't believe in your constitutional rights and dont have their place appropriately marked that they...
