I've had it. The wanna-be emo girl that was "working" tonight 10/13/23 on the cash register, proceeded to be not only rude and sarcastic, she thought I wouldn't notice when she used chocolate syrup instead of the clearly working chocolate ice cream. As to try to tell me rules that validate you treating me with disrespect while I did nothing but act respectful is baffling to me. How you let someone like her work there doesn't make sense until you see who manages them. The worst run location I go to, now I will go miles out of my way to avoid these type of humans.

I came in to treat my grandchildren to an old favorite of mine, to see a young girl preparing ice cream with no gloves, scratching her head, wiping her hands on her apron, touching the rim of the cups where the customer may put there mouth on, and when I asked her, why she did not have gloves on she said because she washed her hands, I said well I've been watching you and I've seen you do several things that are not safe, and I'm concerned for our safety and yours, she looked at me and rolled her eye and proceeded to take another customers order. Customer service here is lousy I waited for about 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged me . I was standing there waiting to order and no one else was in line... Two employees inside one was making someone's order she was blonde. The older lady had just turned around and asked if this was my order I said no then she said to me as she's turning around oh okay it'll be done soon and walked away....
