Gelato&Co. Bridgeland — Restaurant in Cypress

We had been wanting to try this place since some time so we got here and somehow I ended up checking the Google reviews. The 1 star reviews almost got us to leave from the parking lot and goto Sweet Cup but we were like meh lets see how worse it can be. We went in with no expectations but were pleasantly surprised. There were 2 ladies working and both greeted us when we entered. The sweet girl with the red hair immediately asked us if we would like some samples. She was very friendly with a smile on her face and got us to try samples with no reservations. They had pretty limited options but we ended up getting the coffee and Rocher both of which were pretty good. The waffle cones were also fresh and crispy. Most of the tables inside were full but we sat on the tables outside as the weather was good. They also serve coffee, cakes, croissants etc. but did not try those. 4 stars only for the limited number of flavors availability. Service was great. People giving this place 1 star. Call the place and give them a chance! We dont need to tear down bridgeland small businesses!

They've obviously made improvements bc the staff I met today sets the bar! Ella is amazing and passionate about the gelato flavors and takes every customer experience personally! Jaela and Mel are amazing with the circus of children I brought in today!

The flavors are delicious and all 4 kiddos left with smiles!

Terrible experience, lady was rude and totally took a new customer who walked in behind us, while we were a family of 5, we live in bridgeland, she was sloppy with her servings and just overall gave a bad experience. It’s disappointing to have that type of service when you’re going to go spend time and money as a family. Ruined our experience, I was looking forward to having a specialty coffee and dessert, ended up leaving with just the ice cream for the kids and leaving. It was not busy at all. If she was overwhelmed that’s lie she could have asked for assistance if needed. But don’t brush us to the side so you can serve a complete new customer while taking our order. I hope they put better staff in the store...
