The reviews were right! This place makes a solid burger. While not flame-grilled (my preferred method), Mama T's can certainly cook. Two (very small) suggestions for improvement: Toast the buns on the grill for a few seconds to harden and warm them up, and Leave the cheese on for a few seconds longer so it melts nicely over the patty. Otherwise, the burgers were excellent, meaty (six ounce pattys, handmade daily), juicy and tasty.
We also sampled the bologna sandwich, which was also excellent. Came with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard between nicely toasted bread.
Mama T's is an excellent addition to Dadeville and we expect to return often.
While we didn't try the banana pudding, we did observe one young man hoovering up every last crumb in his bowl.
