Jenk's Pizza — Restaurant in Dale

The pizza was good. But even if I lived around here, I doubt I'd return after the service we received tonight. The young man who took our order would barely speak to us, was not at all helpful after realizing we'd never been there before, and after ringing up our order, just turned his back to us to talk to the other kids working. We had to figure out to use the to-go cups because he never offered us the plastic glassware everyone else in the restaurant was using. We arrived right around 7:30. At 7:55, we were told our pizza was in the oven. At 8:30, we finally got our food. An hour. And there was only one other table waiting for their food at the 7:55 mark. There were three young people running the place tonight, as far as I could tell. We never saw anyone else. They needed help, or instruction on time management skills. Communication would have gone a long way, but it even started out on the wrong foot with the young man taking the order. I was disappointed. I hope the team learns some people skills before you...

This is literally the worst Pizza joint I've ever been to! It took an HOUR for them to get our 2 pizzas out to us. They made all the carryout orders before they even touched ours, we were seated in the dining area with everyone else that also waited forever for their food as well. THE WAITER/COOK FOUND A USED PIZZA BOX (TRASH) AND TOOK IT TO THE BACK AND I HEARD HIM SAY "DO YOU WANNA RE-USE THIS?" HOW DISGUSTING!! I paid $25 for 1 large cheese pizza and 1 order of Breadsticks, which is only an order of 3 sticks btw. The pizza was gross and tasted like a frozen pizza you get for $3 at walmart. The Breadsticks were dry and nasty. It was also very dirty! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PUTRID PLACE! Also, a customer wanted his money back because they basically forgot about his order AND THE CASHIER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO REFUND HIS MONEY, SO A CUSTOMER HELPED HIM THROUGH THE PROCESS AND SHE SAID "That was very odd, everything that just happened". If I could give it 0 stars, I would, and probably about 10...

The pizza was good. We love going to small businesses. We were in dale and decided to try this pizza place. There were two older ladies working. We went in I said hello with a smile and the lady just looked at me. When I asked for menus she said “that’s what I’m doing”. My daughter was with us she said hi to her multiple times and she was ignored. I felt the lady was very snooty and didn’t really care to take our order. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe we got her in a bad moment. About 10 minutes later another customer came in and the same lady that took our order greeted them with a smile and said hello. This customer had a completely different experience than we did. Now for the lady that handed me the pizza as I was leaving was very nice and made me feel she wanted our service. But due to how we were greeted for our very first time coming in here.
