I Went through drive thru today and ordered number 10 combo (grilled chicken sandwich with pickles to be added). As soon I pulled up to the window the from ordering at the speaker to pay it was already made and in a bag…odd? And I noticed the drink wasn't even made yet...odd. I have been here many times to know their sandwiches aren't made that fast before paying and getting a drink first...so a take the bag order, pay...wait for my drink and pull away. I look in the bag and you can obviously see that the wrapper was reopened and crumbled up back around the sandwich badly. So, I open it, and the sandwich bun was crushed/smashed flat, lettuce and tomato was obviously on this sandwich for a long time. So, I a mediately pull back around and go back in to the restaurant to show them the condition of this hot mess, and they answer, "Do you want me to rewrap it for you?" I asked this looks to be premade and reopened to added the pickles? and you smashed/wadded it up to put it back together again and put it in the bag... they said "no we make them to order" than the cook comes out and says “I made that sandwich as the order was coming in and then I heard you say you wanted pickles on it so I HAD to reopen it”. SO this guy is that fast! he made that FRESH MADE TO ORDER sandwich and then even had time to reopened it and added the pickles, rewrap it and have it in the bag with the rest of my order to the window cashier employee in less than 3 sec as I am pulling up to pay! I call BS! This sandwich was premade, it had been in that wrapper for a while, the sandwich was smashed and messy, the bun was flatter than a pancake, the lettuce was cooked (wilted not fresh) and the tomato was cooked (it was stewed) and even the mayo had already become runny this in the bottom of the wrapper (I could tell he added more mayo because that and the pickle was the only thing that looked fresh). Now, more employees are starting to come to congregated around to hear my complaint…they are looking at me saying “what’s wrong with the sandwich??” do you want me to rewrap it in new wrapper? and they are looking at each other like this is a normal sandwich and making me feel like I am an idiot for asking is this made to order…really?? and I am like “WOW” you have no pride in what your food looks like and how you serve it to the customer when it is To - Go (drive thru).
If I was inside eating there (which I have, many times) it would have not looked, or even been given to me on a tray that way.

Read moreThe little girl today at the drive through window at around 330 apparently had a very big issue with me having my radio in my car playing Christian music, which was not loud or anything but when she opened her window she paused for a brief moment snatched the bumoney slammed the window at the drive ashe came it into my hand and the look of pure evil was almost demonic.
There obviously is or was a lack of her parents involving her in some early childhood church experiences that will be a big important part of them growing up and being a responsible and respectful person. She hated that she was in the presence of someone who believes in the power or prayer and music, and she showed her discontent towards me because of my belief. I am by no means perfect and flawed in many ways but when you are faced with another cancer surgery you begin to understand things and see things in a different perspective. I hope this little girl never goes through these type of dark days, without no type of relationship with the lord. It’s hard enough doing it when you know you also don’t have all the things I. My life where I should, but at least I am a work...
Read moreI came through the drive-thru in the evening as asked for the cinnamon biscuits and sweet potato pies. I was politely told they would need to make more and that I pull up and wait the 9 minutes for cook time. Around 25 minutes later, I entered the store to find out where my goodies were and the staff, manager included, only said "We didn't forget you." as they packed the pies into a bag, then left them on the warmer, out of my reach, while they tried to understand the apparently extremely confusing customer in the drive-thru. After being ignored for a couple of minutes, the manager handed me the bag with pies and the bag with biscuits, which were sitting on the counter before I walked in, and turned away and walked off. I was then left alone at the counter, with no one from which to request packets of honey. I exited and alerted the other gentleman sitting in his car waiting for food to finish cooking that he would likely need to enter the premises himself to be served the food he had already paid for and was now just sitting outside alone...
