Around: 20:49.... My wife came in bout 12 minutes before y'all close, and we are deeply sorry that we came in closer to closing time, we do apologize.
We are also paying customers. My wife was breastfeeding our newborn, and everything on BASE was closed, so I told her to run to Subway before they close to get herself a sandwich, Upon ordering she was shaken up by a black Adult worker, for not only being rude to her but throwing her sandwich in the oven and slamming stuff right in front of her face as if she's not looking at her bad behavior as a grown Woman. Yes, we understand your frustration, but you can't take your anger at the customers. If you have zero control when it comes to your emotions, you have no right to be in customer service at all.
The Good: to the young gentleman [sorry she didn't get your name] that ran outside and apologized to my wife for what had happened to her in there. May "GOD bless your kind heart and never change. Thank you.

Read moreI went there three or four times during my 6 weeks of what Rucker, and I was pleased with the excellent service and friendly atmosphere, and the sandwiches were good, except for one time.
One particular visit, a young man, who had to have been fairly new, kept asking repeatedly what I wanted after I would tell him, asking me what cheese or if I wanted it toasted after I told him, what vegetables I want it after I would tell him, it was very aggravating.
Then it got even worse because for some harebrained reason he decided he was going to put both the spicy mustard and regular mustard on my sandwich instead of spicy mustard and mayonnaise. Why would you put two types of mustard on someone's sandwich, without asking them or clarifying if that's what they really want?
But I digress, I can't see this kid working there very long, and overall the subway...
Read moreI ordered online. We live 20 minutes away. Food said it would be ready at 12:55 and we showed up at 1:07. On our order was 12 radberry cheese cake cookies. When we got there everything was ready except the cookies. We were told they had four ready and we could either wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to put the cookies in the oven (which they should of already of done since they didnt have enough) or we could substitue to another kind of cookie that we didnt want. I wanted a refund for the cookies but they couldnt do that unless they refunded my whole ordwrller of 60 something dollars and recharged me and it would take a couple of days for the money to come back. They then asked if we wanted to drive back home and come back later for the cookies. They ended up giving us cash back for the cookies but now we wasted all that time and left with no sides...
