Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dalhart

Ok so we order online and apparently the nacho fries arent available but we already paid, can't get a refund for the nacho fries and on online it DIDNT EVEN SHOW THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE, anyways they offer to trade in for the potatos, also they knew they didnt have fries but didnt even tell us until we complained.(the potatos are extremely small compared to the nacho fries, so basically a rip off). They gave my friend a medium instead of large drink and we paid extra for steak in the burrito but THEY DIDNT PUT ANY STEAK. They also forgot the rice in another burrito, which is like 50% OF THE BURRITO. THEY FORGOT THE CINNABONS THEY DIDNT PUT IT IN THE BAG, WHICH WE HAD TO ASK FOR LATER ON. Also when we opened the bag and realized the cinnabons and nacho fries were missing, my friend had gone to say they were missing and pulls out the receipt, they say they are out of fries and she asks "can we get a refund" and they say NO, so we ask can we trade in in amd he says yea, when we ask what we can trade in for it he says "i dont know" dude you work here but whatever. Then the second worker comes and says the potatos can be exchanged. Anyways we go out and i say have a good day, AND THE WORKER THAT SAID I DONT KNOW DOESNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING BACK AND JUST GLARES AT US. The cherry on top of an ABSOLUTElY...

I put my order in the app. I order 5 soft tacos for my kids, and I only ordered 2 cantina chicken crispy tacos. When I got there to pick up, they had me pull up and wait. After getting my food, I got down the road before I realized they only gave 1 of my 2 tacos, so I go back and have them fix it. I told the girl with the clear glasses at the front what happened. She went to the back and told the cook, and came back and told me it’ll be a few minutes because they have other orders to take care of first… I waited 10. All the while, the girl with clear glasses is up at the front goofing off with her friends, cussing at them, and talking about how she doesn’t care because she high… I finally asked when I would be getting my food because I have an hour drive home and my kids were the car… about 5 mins later, I finally got the one freaking taco… Service is really great when we come. Today it was horrible. I shouldn’t have had to wait that long for them to correct their mistake… Management needs...

Taco Bell drive thru ordered parked to eat and no napkins, I walked up to entry door and a pregnant woman, smoking a cigarette was holding the door open so her smoke wouldn’t go inside? Inside a broom was leaning up against the wall before the counter and 3 children, who all greeted me I got the napkins went back to car. Then took a drink of tea which was supposed to be unsweetened. I took that back inside and no Taco Bell employee I could Unfortunately standing at the counter was the pregnant women who had her head down leaning on service counter who then sneezed all over counter! An employee then came to help me and I told her about drink she apologized and fixed me another. I went back to car and was thankful to have got our food from drive thru🦠but really would it matter. My husband went in to use restroom and next minute there was the pregnant woman holding the entrance door open while she smoked cigarette. Anyway. No thanks not again even for...
