Béo Tea House — Restaurant in Dallas

I think everyone should give this place another chance, especially since it's a new opening! After several visits, I've noticed some improvements!

On my first visit, I tried the "Roasted Oolong Milk Tea" and was impressed by the rich cheese flavor in the Cat paw topping, although the milk tea itself wasn’t anything special. On my second visit, I opted for the "Black Tea with Tapioca," which was decent, similar to other places. By my third visit, I tried the "Matcha Milk Tea + Full Topping." Unfortunately, the cat paw topping didn’t have the same delicious cheese flavor as the first time, and the matcha milk tea was just average; one of my friend ordered the "Cacao Boba Egg Pudding and Cream," which was good, but it was slightly lacking in cacao flavor that day, so it didn’t quite stand out. At that point, I felt there wasn’t much special about this place, especially since the prices were a bit higher than elsewhere, and I was ready to skip it. However, my friend, who hadn’t tried it yet, insisted on going, so I went along for her sake. This time, I tried the "Cacao" again but the one with full toppings, and this time I asked for a bit more cacao since the previous one was a bit bland. The staff were super friendly and agreed, and this time it really hit the spot! My friend tried the "Beo Milk Tea + Egg Cream" and it was DELICIOUS! I was genuinely impressed! I’m not sure if they’ve always included that much egg cream or if they’ve just improved it recently, but they definitely added a generous amount this time for my friend’s first time.

Overall, if you find the drinks a bit bland or too sweet, don’t hesitate to ask for more sweetness or less, just like I asked for the Cacao today. As for me, the drinks were enjoyable, and the staff were lovely, so I’ll definitely be back!

Mọi người nên cho tiệm này một cơ hội khác nhe, tại dù gì cũng mới mở gần đây thui. Sau nhiều lần quay lại thì tui thấy có cải thiện á!!

Lần thứ nhất tui đến là tui thử “Trà sữa olong nướng” t ấn tượng với vị cheese béo ở trong cái thạch chân mèo, còn trà sữa thì không quá đặc biệt. Lần hai tui quay lại thử “Hồng Trà Trân Châu”, thì tất nhiên vị cũng như các Black Tea chỗ khác, cũm ổn. Lần thứ ba mình đến mình thử “Trà sữa Matcha + Full topping” thì chân mèo lần này mình thấy vị cheese ở trong không có ngon như lần đầu mình thử nữa, còn trà sữa matcha thì cũng bình thường thui; còn ly của bạn tui là “Cacao trân châu pudding kem trứng” kết hợp với pudding cũng ngon nhưng mà do hôm đó hơi thiếu bột cacao một xíu nên tui thấy chưa quá xuất sắc. Từ khúc này là tui thấy ko còn gì đặc biệt nữa rồi tại giá cũng hơi cao hơn so với chỗ khác nên tui tính ko quay lại nữa luôn. Nhưng mà do tui có nhỏ bạn chưa đi thử bao giờ mà nó đòi đi uống thử, nên thôi tui đi với nó luôn cho nó thử cho biết. Lần này tui lại thử cái “Cacao” nhưng lần này là full topping, lần này tui có hỏi thêm một ít cacao tại đợt trước tui thử nó hơi nhạt. Mấy bạn nhân viên cũng vui vẻ đồng ý và tui thấy hợp khẩu vị tui thiệt. Còn nhỏ bạn tui thử “Trà sữa Béo + egg cream” thì NGON NHA !!!! T kiểu ĐỦ WOW RỒI ĐÓ 🤩 tui ko biết bình thường họ vốn đã cho nhiều egg cream rồi hay hôm nay mới cải thiện lại, tại t thấy cho nhiều egg cream cực!!

Nói chung là tui nghĩ mọi người thấy nó hơi lạt hay quá ngọt thì cứ yêu cầu thêm ngọt hay bớt ngọt hoặc là hỏi thêm ít cacao như tui đã hỏi hôm nay là được, làm sao cho hợp khẩu vị mình là được. Nên là t thấy ngon, mấy bạn nhân viên cũng vui vẻ dễ thương nữa nên là tui sẽ...

This was my second time visiting Beo Tea House, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

During their soft opening, I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea with full toppings and added cheese foam. However, they forgot to include the cheese foam. I was understanding at the time, knowing it was their soft opening and they were likely busy.

I decided to give them another chance and returned on a different day around 6:20 PM. The store wasn’t busy, so I ordered the same drink—roasted oolong milk tea with full toppings. I asked the staff if I could substitute the boba with cheese balls. He turned to ask his manager, but to my surprise, the manager responded with a bad attitude and even gave me a rude look.

Seriously? It was just a simple question. If substitutions aren’t allowed, just say so—there’s no need to treat customers as if we’re asking for something unreasonable.

Hands down, the best classic milk tea I’ve ever had! This Vietnamese boba shop absolutely nails it. The tea is rich, smooth, and has that deep, aromatic flavor that tells you it’s brewed fresh—not just powder. The milk is creamy without being too heavy, and the balance of tea to sweetness is chef’s kiss 👌

The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and had the perfect texture—no hard centers or mushy bits. You can really taste the quality and care they put into every drink.

The shop itself is super clean and cute, and the staff is always friendly and quick. If you’re a milk tea lover like me, you have to try their classic—simple, satisfying, and seriously addictive. I’ll be back...
