Update I kid you not I wrote this review below a week ago drove here today for the worst customer service and experience rudeness eye rolls blank stares and pettiness I was not disrespectful at all to up charging for sauce after spending $20 dollars here saying they will charging me a inconvenience fee. every employee had rude face and every customer that left this morning left with a mad face and that negativity that was transferred to them and that is no lie 💯% one experience can ruin it all and todays events resulted in lose customers I know for sure after this experience I will not be back I'll drive a hr to rockwall ✌🏾

Lmao this location is a 40 minute drive both ways to and from but I do it for that little taste of home California. Carl's Jr has the best burgers and my thoughts the other day was I've never had bad service or food at any location I've been too. The workers are always nice and down to earth. I get my food hot and freshly made no other fast food burger chain has ever come close for me lol explains the drive I don't do it often but I drive just to get a burger 🍔 on a turn around trip worth it everytime. This Carl's Jr is not a participating store in the Carl's Jr app and they have all the advertisements up in the store all of that and just know you're not going to get your rewards and they would not honor any of the deals from the Carl's Jr app. I drove all the way over here from Fort Worth because they've closed all the Carl's Juniors around Carl's Jr is going down.

That said shamika the shift manager and the store manager were very nice.

It is the store owner or franchisee who is not participating in the app and not rewarding any of its customers. And essentially ripping off his or her loyal customers

They even have the sign up saying if you spend $1 and join the app you get a free sandwich don't count on that because you can't use that coupon or that offer I asked the manager today since they are not on the app and are not participating.

There are no barcodes on the receipts for you to be able to get any points either.

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place for the first, and last, time. I ordered at the drive thru window and was told to pull up to wait for my food to be brought to me. I decided to park in a spot in front of the store since there were other cars behind me and the space was short. I watched other customers who ordered after me get their food and leave. After ten minutes or longer, I went inside to tell them I never got my meal. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then realized my order was never prepared, they had to make it while I was in there. I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady who assisted me when I walked in upgraded my fries and gave me a second drink free of charge due to my long wait for nothing.
