I never leave reviews but feel I have to make one now. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. We placed an online order and drove about 30 minutes to pick it up. When we get there my husband goes in and is told they don't have it and when he showed the employee our receipt and our bank account where the money came out he said it wasn't his problem. My husband asked to speak to the manager and he said there wasn't one on duty. My husband asked that he call them. The employee said he called the manager and that we would not be getting the food. We should have left then but my husband asked that he speak to her directly, she said just this time and that he write his order down, his name, and number. That's when I came in to see what was taking so long. The employee had my husband write all the info down and then asked for a picture of his drivers license. After all that the employee said we still weren't getting the food. I said I was confused why we just gave them all that information then and he said it was so they could investigate why they didn't receive our order. My husband said to call the manager back and put her on speaker. The employee kept refusing but finally agreed. She told him to make the food. The employee was pissed but made it. We were already nervous about eating the food because of how the employee was acting. But we were definitely not going to eat after getting this in our order. We called the corporate number immediately. They were apologetic. Agreed that we shouldn't eat the food and that we would receive a refund and that someone would reach out to us in a couple of days. No one ever reached out. We kept calling and calling and they just kept saying someone would get back to us. We finally hear from someone and he was pretty nice at first. He said he fired everyone there and had a whole new staff. Don't know if that's true. He wanted to just give us food instead of a refund. Finally he agreed to it but we had to drive all the way back to get it in cash. I will just never go back to any Church's...
Read moreI live across the street, I frequent this place, sometimes the chicken is fresh, sometimes it is not. I use to be a Store Leader for a chicken place on the east coast, Royal Farms for 4 years, this place specifically this location is so disappointing, dirty, grimy, not clean, dried up food pieces all over, not cleaned in dining area, the workers well a majority of them are not friendly but the bigger guy with the beard goatee is, he always takes care of the customers but the girl that looks like a giant Dora the explorer, she was moving slower than a snail in molasses trying to get to her food stamps. She rang up the couple in front of me, then turned around to stare at nothing then took two drive thru orders before she helped the couple that was waiting in front of me and then I left because I work from home and I wanted my lunch, I just wanted my god damn lunch how hard is it to train someone to have a sense of URGENCY! On my life I never hired anyone to be slow, if you were slow you didn’t stand a chance, get your training dept in here and fix this, I waited 25 minutes and she didn’t even say welcome to church’s or acknowledge my presence, the worst customer service I have ever seen IN MY LIFE. I’m going to be calling the health dept after work and have them do a visit. Sense of urgency church’s! Read moreWent to this location today to get chicken, drove from Royse City at that. Placed a 12 piece all white Chicken only order, 6 breast & 6 wings. My total for the was $32 dollars and some change! Get home open the box and I have 4 breast and 5 wings. I have been calling the number listed for this location for 2 hours and no one is answering. When a customers pay their money for a food order, YES WE WANT THE CORRECT! Yes it’s just 3 pieces of chicken missing but that’s not the point, the point is I paid my money to this establishment and I want what I paid for!!!!!
I will be stopping by this location tomorrow when I drive into Dallas to voice my concerns with the manager and to who ever the franchise order is, it’s important that your employees take the time to a customer order correct because the young man that fixed my order knew the count was off and there was no more regular white meat ready, he could have given me spicy but just don’t short change me but yet charge me for something and not give it to me !!!!!
