Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Normally when i come here I have no problems , but this week when I came here it wasn't good. I asked for three legs 2 regular and one spicy chicken, 3 biscuits and two fries my total was 10.99 that's fine. When I got my order I didn't check it, my mistake. When I got home I had two spicy chickens and one regular and I also had two legs and one thigh I asked for 3 legs. This meal was for me and my two girls, they do not eat spicy chicken. So I had to go back to get it fixed. when I arrived their and explain to them what I order, they where confused. Mostly Hispanic workers so it was probably a language barrier, anyway she explain to me that I would have to pay the difference of five dollars because I wanted all legs which is what I ask for, it doesn't cost 5 dollars for one leg, I'm not sure if they can do math or what but that was ridiculous, so i just ended up getting two legs one thigh all regular because it seemed hard for them to comprehend what i wanted. She apparently charge me for a combo which I didn't ask for. Maybe she figure it was cheaper. It didn't matter to me I order 3 legs and that's what I wanted no matter the price but instead of asking me they just charge me a combo. On 05/18/2023 around 2045hrs I ordered the 10 peice special with 12 jalapeños bombers. The cashier advised me to wait while the frash batch of spicy chicken are been cooked. Moments later the fresh batch were added to the tray, I watched the female cashier picked all the old ones for my order, I asked the lady to fill my order with the fresh cooked chicken, instead of following my request, she argued the pieces she picked were still hot. I insisted for her to replace the old ones, she only picked out 3 pieces of chicken in the box and replaced them with smaller pieces from the fresh batch. Further more, she counted 11 pieces of jalapeños bombers instead of 12 pieces as I paid for. She handed my order to me as if I was annoying to her. Yet she was been extra friendly to the Spanish speaking customer, but sudden change of attitude when dealing with English...

Not really any problem with the food but the newer girl who works the inside Register has a bad attitude and seems to be hard of hearing. She is the shortest girl there and started a few months ago.. On multiple occasions I have had to tell her 4 times what I want because she forgets within 10 seconds. Either that or she just doesn't care. Today I saw her get snappy with 3 consecutive customers. One was simply misunderstanding because the girl wasn't paying attention to the ladies order, and because of that caused confusion and an incorrect order.
