Customer service is key!!!!! If you’re going to have teenage workers TEACH THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered a red raspberry lemonade and the young lady gave me a red raspberry snocone. It’s was no problem, I addressed the issue with this rude teenage young man who got snappy, told me I couldn’t get a refund (never asked for one) and attempted to close the window saying he would see what he could do! He told me to throw the snocone away after a lady told me she would take it to avoid it going to waste. The tall light skinned young man with dreads opened the window and told me if I didn’t throw it away he wasn’t giving me nothing! I threw it away and waited 12 minutes for a lemonade…I threw it away because I didn’t trust they didn’t do anything to the drink while prepping it. This is one reason businesses don’t flourish. No apology no accountability no nothing. Pretty much oh well….. we messed up and your going to deal with it! Oh and to the lady in the blue Genesis THANKS ALOT FOR...

Every time my family and I travel from Houston to Dallas, one of our must-stop spots is DL Shaved Ice — and let me tell you, they never disappoint! From the outside, it might look like a little hole-in-the-wall, but don’t let that fool you. This place is hands-down one of the best spots for snacks, food, and of course — their incredible snow cones. Just make sure you get there at least 15 minutes before closing.. because you may miss out on getting served! May I suggest upon closing DL Shaved Ice representative could pass a last Customer's ticket.. because I sure would not like to be the Customer's to have to pass the word to other's that you guys are closing & if I'm the last Customer's at you guys close if business... especially in this day & time it's really dangerous to be put in that...
