Service excellent, food hot and fresh 😋 The only reason I took off one star for atmosphere was when a homeless looking female possibly in her 20's came wandering into the parking lot and the worker saw her and told her she better leave and get away from his customers 😆 he didn't even know a man old enough to be her grandfather (also homeless looking was hiding just past the bricks by the d.t. window. When the worker heard that he said, OH No he doesn't, or something to that effect. It was late night and my card was declined probably bc I never go that far south but unfortunately I had to take something to an apartment there thinking it would be near me in the northside of Dallas so I had to go to the ATM then go back and they gave me fresh food and extra rolls which made up for the bad trip. Watched Cheleta check my bag and receipt twice after confirming my order and I drove away with only three small tenders.. no one answers the phone.. this is an outrage.. I can't even get my order fixed and that was 14 dollars...smh. only received 9 okra pieces and the rice looked overcooked. I call to only hear that the voicemail wasn't set up. I'm okay with the contemporary gospel music that plays while in the drive thru however it's too loud at times and it would be welcoming if the staff acted accordingly to the atmosphere they are presenting with ambience. That just my opinion for a newly opened store..
