Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

The food is good. However I am high disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. So the 1 time I went it was 9:30 pm sign says closes at 10 and Google says 11pm and they were closed. Completely closed at 9:30. So then I went elsewhere. 2 time I went it 9:10 and they said they only have Kentucky opened and available so I left.. Grrr i went again 3 time at 9:00 and we only have Kentucky opened up so I placed my order get to window and pull up they were out of original and we're getting my order twisted. Sorry I know it's the hood but customer service comes first. If you can't provide excellence to your customers and having both restaurants in one then you the wrong crew. And if your closing earlier. Then you robbing time. And I know your sling your self why do go late at night. Cause I have a pregnant daughter who starts craving at that time. So grandma goes to get the cravings. Sad thing is for taco bell i am driving out farther because my local taco bell has issues. Yes I said it. Oh n the chicken when they said crispy it was so damn crispy you took a bite and it all crumbled on you.. nope and so...

I am so dissatisfied with this fast food restaurant. I did not order from Taco Bell. I went online in order dinner for me and my hard-working husband and then I proceed on to pick the food in the Drive-Thru and it was crowded I really didn't mind about it because we are patient people when we want something that we enjoy eating but tonight I ordered 8 pieces chicken only and also vegetables and dessert the problem was I didn't get my waffle+syrup that we paid for she said they don't have them anymore but I paid for it okay and then we bring the food home and guess what I got 6 thighs, 2 drumsticks we don't like dog meat like that and you ain't going to believe this it was the manager. This is what they supposed to have gave us 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs..... I am going to take it back tomorrow I am not going to be able to eat my chicken tonight due to poor experience and dissatisfied paying...

I just left there an hour ago and ordered 2 chicken soft tacos and 2 bean burritos 1 Mexican pizza I pull to the window to pay and the young lady at the window ask me what kind off sauce would I like I said mild,i put that I there to say this I get home and one of my soft tacos is in the box with my Mexican pizza so all my cheese is stuck to my soft taco wrapper.so then I check my soft tacos and they are beef and my sauce she gave me is hot.these kids are grown people who ever it is working there should be fired I take blood thinners called warfarin i have what is called protien c efiency and I don't eat beef are pork can't eat it if I wanted to it cause my blood to think in and give me blood clots so basically if I hadn't checked my food I could have gottin New me clots as I take this very seriously I wouldn't recommend any one going to this place to whom this may concern!management...
