KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

Edit: 3/29 This location has improved since my last visit I definitely will keep coming! I bumped it up to 5stars, last was 3stars so Good job guys( I'm the one that always gdts the pot pies, lo)l.....This is actually a Taco Bell/ Kentucky Fried Chicken combo. When ordering Taco Bell, things go rather smoothly. The food is made correctly. It comes out fast and fresh and the cashier always ask if we want any sauce. They are good about putting napkins in the bag without having to ask..Now, as far as the Kentucky Fried Chicken, I have mixed reviews. I'll use the the "deals" I'm text every couple of weeks. The sides are okay for what it is. The Chicken has a tendency of being a bit old, I believe. The pieces I've ordered have been a bit rubbery. They do run out of chicken towards closing every time I've got there about 30 minutes before closing. I understand it may be hard to prep for this specific location with there being another fast food Chicken place almost across the street. This location has improved over the years, I actually quit going here fotca while. I am a bit more critical when it comes to this specific chain of restaurants because I did work at another location as well for the parent company, Yum that owns and Franchises out Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut,etc for decades. I definitely would get with management and make sure they have enough items to last...

I went to this restaurant, because I had a coupon (7 piece bucket @$7). I live about 8 minutes from the restaurant and by the time I got home the chicken was already cold. I attempted to eat it anyway, because I don't normally eat KFC so I had no idea what you expect. I ordered "Original" and I thought it was supposed to be a soft fried chicken, but this chicken was hard and so dry I nearly choked trying to swallow. Meanwhile, my family was in another part of the house trying to figure out what exactly was wrong with this chicken, because they were experiencing similar issues. By the time everyone came to an agreement that this chicken was bad 3 pieces had been consumed. I hope nobody gets sick from eating this chicken. There was 4 pieces remaining and I told my family not to eat anymore and we gave the rest to the dogs. I hope they don't get sick. I had to make another trip to a second location and paid $11 for a 6 piece bucket (Normal price) and it was what my family expected for KFC. I believe this restaurant sold me some old chicken they had prepared and was sitting in a warmer past the time allowed by the company's quality regulations. I went to this place on Saturday morning September 9,2023 I ask the young lady in the drive thru if she could give me and my husband fresh fries and she responded they just cooked the fries ten minutes before we came then I tasted my chicken strip they were cold and also they gave old chicken to my husband so we ask if we could get fresh food she told us it is fresh so my husband just said ma'am just give us a refund we ask for a refund and she refuse to give us a refund and her and other people started locking the doors and slammed and locked the drive thru window so by the time I ran to the other side cause they was serving others from the other door the Manger had done came and she was very rude and unprofessional Atwell I called the police because they refuse to give refund by the time they gave refund and the police came the manager lied on me and said I scratch her and got me.
