If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I went April 10th 2020 around 11:50pm. I waited about 15 minutes in line, (which I didnt mind) till i got to the order speaker. Still at the speaker I waited 5 minutes before someone spoke to me ( which again I didn't mind) I then went on to order and I was having to repeat everything to the guy there even though I was speaking loudly ,so after repeating thing by thing over and over again I turn around to my sister in the passenger side and said in a lower voice, "Oh my God" referring to why can't he hear me. Somehow he managed to hear that, but not hear me when i was facing the speaker ordering. He then went on to tell me "Look ma'am I have a lot of work today, it's been a long day with no breakes so I'm doing more than I should ."1st of all how could you not hear me when I was ordering and I was loud but you heard when I turned to my sister to say oh my God? 2nd of all, he was acting as if he was doing me a favor, he wasn't doing me a favor he was doing his job so I replied to him and said , "What does that have to do with me?" I wasn't being insensitive, I meant it as why are you taking that out on me so he went on to say," You sound frustrated." To which I replied, " I'm not frustrated just that I have to keep repeating thing by thing to you." So he said, "I'm taking 3 orders at a time, so you gotta bare with me." I dont understand how he was taking 3 orders at a time, being that the dine in was closed and there is only one speaker to order on. I drove off because i was afraid of retaliation on my food since we had an incident. Now, I understand maybe he was frustrated, but why take it out on customers. I did not choose that job for him. He was supposed to do his job that he gets paid for, not do me a favor. I took myself to the one in hutchins which has great and fast customer service. Btw, this isn't my first incident there. ย ย ย Read moreI am SICK of locations saying they are open on the JITB app and on map apps when they are closed!!!!!! I am tired of this app allowing me to place orders for locations the app says are open 24 hours when they aren't. I'm tired of locations leaving their open sign on when all the doors are locked and blocked off and the drive through is shut down, and the sign tells uber, doordash, and mobile orders are only available from 8AM to 8PM. I am tired of letting these locations hold my money until I have another opportunity visit the location because there is NO OTHER WAY to get a refund. People are traveling, vacationing, etc, and may NEVER be there during the REAL open hours, and even if you do get back to the location, it's a fight because the manager isn't there and no one else has a clue what to do, or they have the nerve to say you waited too long, even if as a truck driver or something, you're only in that city sporadically. I'm sickened by the fact this location, right now, has my money in THEIR coffers, and will, until I can do the leg work to get back here and HOPE someone has sense enough to process a refund...its 1:30 AM, they have my money, I'm still hungry, and now I have to go to Whataburger (which I should've done in the first place), spend MORE money, then hope its not a fight when I DO get a chance to catch this location open to...
