Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst Taco Bell experience to date (and there have been some terrible ones)!!! 1st. The Google information says they close at 11. I go in at 9:55 and see them mopping you. "That's cool" I think since it's important to keep it clean but I find out it's because they close at 10. Not the 11pm stated on Google. Okay, I'm still good. So I start to order. The young man politely stops me to inform me that they have no beans and no race. I don't eat meat and choose Taco Bell because they have tons of vegetarian options. Not this one though. How can you be a tex mex spot without beans and rice!!!! Then, I chilled out and was just gonna get some nachos with lettuce , tomatoes and sour cream but then he told me my total. $13!!! For what? 10 oz of cheese and chips, a couple ounces of tomatoes and lettuce and a dollop of sour cream?!??!. It was at this point, I headed to Jack in the Box! And even though they only have a few things that I can eat, they had ALL OF THEM IN STOCK. Safe to say I won't be back to the TA gas station's "fast food"...

I ordered online last night. When I got there the girl working drive thru told me they were only taking online orders and DoorDash orders. When I told her I ordered online she returned and said she couldn’t make the order because they were cleaning. It was still 30 minutes before closing and the order had been placed 10 minutes prior. When I arrived they weren’t cleaning. They were sitting in the lobby on their phones. I told her the app had already taken my money and she refused to help resolve the situation in any way. I asked her if I could just substitute some stuff. She said they couldn’t make anything. At that point I asked why she said they were only accepting online orders if they couldn’t make ANYTHING. She then told me I had to take that up with corporate and cut off the speaker. I’ll never return to this location again. I’ve lived in this area for years and never dealt with these type of issues here. And to handle a customer the way she did just shows the lack of service and professionalism at this location. We are traveling across country and stopped here with our family and they employees wouldn’t greet us or respond. we asked if we could order to one of them and they said not me you can order from her and pointed to a different employee which is fine i guess but they already seemed annoyed. the food smelled awful and stale it was barely edible and they should throw out the bad shells and parts of the food that had clearly expired. they don’t have baja blast at this location either or cheesy roll ups like we are used to at our hometown but when we asked for them they got even more bothered by us and we didn’t even care that they didn’t have what we asked for. they don’t hand out any type of water cups either which we just aren’t used to but when we asked they were again annoyed and rolling their eyes… we get it it’s a fast food place and you don’t want to be here but we are all people so i don’t know why we were treated poorly right...
