Iāll start this soft by saying that I also used to work in fast food and understand that there are certain customers that come in and push the buttons of cashiers and other individuals who work at a fast food establishment. I had to go through the drive-through multiple times for an online order. I had ordered two of the two bundles where it was. You buy a bundle of two sandwiches, and I had bought two of those bundles, but I double checked that everything was in the bag, and I was missing one of the two bundles. After going through the drive-through, the first time I was told that the food was in the bag. I said OK, my apologies and left. But then I turned around and asked if they had only given me one of the bundles, instead of the two that weāre on the ticket. I tried to be as cordial as possible, but it seems like I was pressing their buttons by even suggesting there was a mistake. We are all human Iāve had this happen even to me when I was in fast food but at least be kinder and believe customers when they say they donāt have food and come back into the drive through multiple times. I understand Being skeptical, but there should be a limit before your skepticism gets in the way of customer service. Im going to keep the rating a 4 just because I know what it means to work in fast food. Please just next time be a little more vigilant thank you.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the cops called on me for no reason whatsoever last night. I was told they were closed and would re-open at 4:45 AM. I said that wasnāt a problem; that I would wait. I waited in the line almost an hour because it was only me there. There was a car that pulled up in line behind me and I was asked to move up, so they could get their Uber order. I said okay and drove around the building instead; so that others were able to get in line with no problem at all. Before I knew it the cops were pulled up behind me and said that they were refusing to serve me. They told the cops that I was very rude and uncooperative; and that I refused to leave the line. This was a complete lie; and Iāll never come here again! If I were such a problem or rude, they wouldnāt have waited so long to call the cops. Keep in mind, Iām a black woman and their whole team at the time were all Caucasian. The cops let me go with no problem once they seen I simply didnāt do anything, but try to get food and donāt have any criminal history, tickets, Warrants, etc. What a way to say Happy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a terrible experience at this restaurant this morning, I was there at about 7:05 am this morning. I ordered a #29 to go, after standing in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes, I asked about my order, another 5 minutes passed, I asked them to refund my money because I needed to get to work, then finally the manager began to fix my sandwich, it was too late!!! The store manager did not express any sympathy, she wanted to argue with me, I ordered an iced coffee with the combo and she continuously tried to charge me for the price of the coffee, this needs to be handled accordingly, the oldest proverb when dealing with customer service is that āthe customer is always rightā, this situation needs to be escalated to...
