I went to this repair shop based on the ratings I saw. I took my car to them March/April of 2019 for my fuel pump and every since my car has been messing up. I paid $480.00 and they had my car a couple of days. I picked my car up and the gas hand was reading backwards and dashboard lights went out. I called and told them had to take back and only to be told that the fuel pump was ok they recheck it and put another one on. That it was my dashboard computer that was messed up. I asked if the floater was set correctly was advised yes another $275.00..trusting what they were saying get my car back now my car drinking gas like I am driving a hemi. Every 3 days filling up and I know how much it takes to fill my car up. I was taking pictures of the gas hand before I dropped it off even put gas in my car before taking to them..i pick up my car to be told go straight to gas station. I say what for and showed where my gas hand should had been only to be told well idk. The car started making a noise when sitting and running like something was hitting an empty metal can and I recorded that only to be told they don't know. Now my gas hand has stopped working completely. Called and explained this whole story and was told to bring the car up there for them to look at. I did that had my daughter's come to my job pick up the car and take to them. A few hours later I get a call and called back spoke to Dean which is who told me to bring the car. He say they reset my car. I said did that fix the gas gauge he said it didn't move when I put $30 in my car yesterday. Then had the nerves to tell me it was gone be 75.00. At that point I had enough. Now he didn't tell me no price on the phone not once and I asked him why didn't he tell 75 to look at my car and on top of that it's an issue they created. He then said well they told you before you needed a tune up. I said my gas gauge has nothing to do with a tune up he agreed. I was beyond furious. I told him on the phone how I have heard that mechanic shops will.mess over a woman and not a man. I should has knew something after the 2nd time there and I heard another man complaining about his car. I try to be professional and handle business the correct way. I will never refer a soul to this shop and will be reporting to BBB. This is sad seeing how they not willing to take ownership of problems they created like I do not know my own car. WARNING READ N RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO REPAIR SHOPS. They messed me over for the last time and no I did not pay the 75.00 today this a problem they created. I know they can care less but they have lost...
