Louisiana Catfish — Restaurant in Dallas

My problem is the business needs serious help. it’s a very popular known catfish spot but when you come in to order you might as well just turn around and go home. it’s only 2 people that work in this small place and they take maybe 2 orders every 15 minutes they will leave you standing at the counter for over 25 minutes before taking the next order. prepare to spend an hour here just for an order. i called to place an order and they said they don’t take orders over the phone, cool so i come in to place my order it’s 6:30 pm the lady tells me no i can’t take your order we are closed i said ma’am y’all just told me y’all close at 7pm it’s 6:30 she replied well we stop taking our last orders around 6:30 i said so i can’t place my order now that i’m here she said no. i’m so sick of this shit i’m just not coming back i hate this place. it’s bad enough i spend my whole hour lunch break here waiting for food but now you tell me i can’t place an order at 6:30. i’ve dealt with this for a while because the food is really good but the establishment i’m now done i’ll stick to...

I WENT BY THERE ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AROUND 2PM IT TOOK THEM ALMOST FORTY FIVE MINUTES TO SERVE ME. BECAUSE WHILE IN LINE THERE WAS A MAN IN FRONT OF ME THAT HAD A LARGE ORDER. SO WHEN YOU MAKE A LARGE ORDER, THEY MAKE YOU WAIT, THEY TELL YOU TO COME BACK.AT A CERTAIN TIME . KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU'VE ALREADY SAT THERE FOR TWENTY MINUTES 😞 AND ALSO, THEY TELL YOU TO STAND IN A SINGLE FOUL LINE, THEY TELL YOU DO NOT LEAN UP AGAINST THE WALL, DO NOT BLOCK THE FAN, LIKE ALL THOSE RULES IS LIKE YOU WERE IN THE PENITENTIARY . SO I'M TRYING TO CONCENTRATE FROM STANDING UP AGAINST THE WALL. TRYING NOT TO BLOCK THE AIR, KEEP IN MIND.IT'S HOT LIKE FISH GREASE INSIDE THERE .OMG I'M SURE YOU'VE ALREADY HEARD THIS BEFORE. This restaurant is VERY RUDE. The guy working front counter has NO customer service so don’t expect any! I drove 40 mins after getting off at 6:30 excited about trying this place out hearing nothing but great things but stating to make it before 8 because thats what time they close. On google it states they close at 8. I made it to the restaurant at 7:15 to be told only cash! So if you don’t have cash please get some before stopping here. The gas station is right next door.. I say ok I will go next door to get cash! He says if you don’t have cash oh well we are closing! I said google says 8. He said who said that we didnt put that on google you also don’t see any 8 oclock closing signs around(granted you don’t) so we are closing now! I said I drove 40 mins to come here he said OH WELL!
