McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

It is the place where I take my kids on a every other day basis store number 5433 I do not recommend no one attend the store anymore every day that I am there at this particular store I spent $20 I get the same thing every time to Happy Meals four piece chicken meal they never have apples they're always out that's fine I get two McChickens regular and I get to make gorillas sausage extra fries and an extra drink today February 27th 2018 was not a pleasant day at McDonald's off of Kiest I waited over 30 minutes for my order as always that's becoming a habit at the particular store today in my McChicken they were spicy not regular and we also found a worm and one of the McChickens none of the managers had anything to say nor that they try to address me about the situation when I went to them about it also took pictures and so that they been the one I start talking about do I need call corporate office then one of the managers list short lighting brown hair could be a little Hispanic maybe White didn't get her name didn't end of the managers have on name tags it's not a fact no one in the store had on the name tag but they all crowd around to see if in the cooks came out the back to see what was in the McChicken one of the managers don't worry we'll just fix you another one no ma'am you will not you can't fix that so she walked off and then say anything else to me another manager I asked for corporate office number three times and then they want to give me back my money and apologize and then they in for me there is no corporate office to call for this particular store so everyone's looking at each other like they don't know anything that reviews from me bad...

i drove through the drive, and they took forever to take my order ,got to the second window, to pickup my order ,the young man gave me part of my order i had to ask for the rest of it. after i received my order i check it to see if they if they got it right, because i ask for bacon extra they tell you, you get get three pieces for .99 and i ask her how many pieces you get, she said three, their three is one piece, broke into three, and they didn't give me but two brokeup pieces.i went on the inside ask for the manager, one girl said i don't know where he is, finally the young man went to go get him in the office but the manager never came out, so i told the young man what i didn't get on the bacon, and he went back there which i thought he was going to give me my extra bacon ,i ask him to wash his hands before he pick it up,mind you he had just come from the office to get the manager, touching the knob, and returning back to fix whatever he do, but he said he's not going to make it , but he still cooking something with dirty hands, doors have a lot of germs! and his attitude was so rude, the place was filty, fries all on the floor, water on the floor, when i got home i tried calling several times,to get the machine ! never a answer. this is why i am writing a comment on my experience. wasn't a pleasant one!🍔🍟🥓👎😝never...

The lady in the drive thru had a serious attitude issue I ordered a frappe with a meal and she told me they charged me an iced coffee i told her it was wrong and she basically told me to deal with it because that's what I paid for i told her no that's not what i ordered and we can fix so I can pay the difference then she says no because people are waiting in line behind me my husband got upset and asked her to just charge the frappe she says no because she doesn't have a register at that window my husband then continued to ask for it to be changed and she said fine it's $3 more and asked for my receipt and to wait in front of the building very rudely i said no i waited just like everyone else and was not rude to her but her attitude issue were horrible and went to get the frappe and still continued to be rude screaming for us to leave her window my husband was extremely mad and i don't blame him her attitude was definitely not customer service worthy at all and she needs to be removed from the drive-thru window ... McDonald's reputation is going down so fast me and my family won't be returning...
