Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

First off walking in the tables are extremely unorganized look like they where just thrown there. Second, non of the three employees were wearing hats or hair nets.Third, I am regular subway customer and the employee had no clue which bread I was asking for same thing happened to my friend. Then the bread was baked terribly, looked like a mess. Then again employee failed to know what the over roasted chicken was. Then took forever to make it and put the cheese. Then when I asked for it to slightly more toasted than usual he completely burnt my sandwich it was literally black and I asked for another one and he just stared at me for a good minutes until some other employee it finally did it for him again taking forever to make it. They didn't care they where just laughing and playing around. Completely...

The store are listed as closing at 9p on Fridays. I checked before I made the trip. I get to the restaurant at 815p and the doors are locked. I really don't care what time this location close, but how do you show your customers you appreciate them by not being open when you say you are? It doesn't take an Einstein to go online and change the business hours on Google and take the sign down in the front door and replace it with a sign that states the business hours correctly. I will never goto this restaurant again, because they lie about what time they are open. I've wasted my time and gas once and never again. Good luck staying in business while lying to...

Zero star for this location. I placed my order online. I get to the store and the manager doesn't know where my food is. Come to find out that another costumer had my food. The manager takes the food from this person and hands it to me after this other person had there hands all over my sub. Manager never offer to make me a fresh sub... I had ask for a Gatorade so she hands me a Gatorade at room temp. At the moment I asked for a refund and left. The service is at a all time low . I or my Company will never buy...
