TAQUERIA VAZQUEZ #1 — Restaurant in Dallas

Called at 10:25 pm, conversation lasted less than 3 minutes. Was told it would take 30 minutes to cook and prep since I asked for them well cooked almost burnt since their trompo tacos are often hit or miss.

Waited and walked in at 10:55 pm, stated my name and order, only for them to say that it wasn't ready. Talk about unprofessional, the least they could have done is called back for any and all delays as a courtesy.

The trompo at that point hadn't even begun to cook let alone be close to anything ready.

I've had inconveniences like this before and quite frankly, wanting to support a local business by peers similar to oneself doesn't do it justice if mediocrity is what's...

Yesterday my wife placed an order with this restaurants location by mistake, as a business owner we get these kind of calls all the time But when she called to inform the restaurant about her mistake because she’s a sweet heart! If she was another customer she could of not called and not showed up, but she decided to be kind and inform them “sorry I got the wrong location “ And some punk answered the phone and started being disrespectful to my wife!
