I'm going to start by saying that I love to eat chicken. We went to eat as a family, we put several tables together and we sat the kids in a separate table without a problem. It was 7 adults and 4 kids. We ate very uncomfortably, immediately into dinner we felt the hotness in the restaurant, we complained amongst ourselves but that was all we did at that point. I wondered if there AC was on and boy the restaurant was hot it was 82 degrees in side, and 88 degrees outside. I began to take pictures of the 4 thermostat they had inside, the thermostats were set at 72, 72, 70 & 73 degrees a picture is attached. Well a lady behind the counter taking orders since we had arrived, noticed what I did. Not 5 minutes passed and she made her way towards my kids table. At that point they were done eating and they began to clean up the table, she was nice enough to say let me do it. So she clean the table while my kids were still sitting. She made her way towards me, so I asked why do they have the AC set at 72 its hot. She explained that there was a fire in the kitchen that damaged the electrical outlet and that the AC wires were damaged and had been replaced but the people locked the AC and only 1 AC system was working. Ok. Let's say that true, if there is ever a fire in a restaurant dont the fire department comes out and inspections for safety. Would the city allow a restaurant to reopen with faulty electricity? Not sure. I have been there before just for order pick up and it's always hot. Well the lady put the window curtain down and that helped my situation cause I was closer to the window. When she was done she went right back to behind the counter to continue to take order, I see what she did they trying to easy things.
The door to enter was hard to pull, I noticed an older lady and several man pulling the door and debaring which door would open. At one point an older lady couldn't open it and she went back to her car. She noticed people going in so she got off her car and when to successfully open the door to enter the restaurant.
I like their chicken but I don't like that the AC is practically off. It's like if they saying if your not comfortable go eat it at your house, because that's how I perceive this. This rating is based in my entire experience. I would give less stars but I really like the chicken.
I'm just a consumer and a costumer to...
