Waterboy — Restaurant in Dallas

In the past their customer service has been amazing. But now it desperately needs help. I have come to this location plenty of times before. But I have to say I was just there and the girl they had working there today has horrible customer service. We walked up to the register and she was on her phone. She acted like we were interrupting her phone time. Not once did she say welcome or how can I help you. I went ahead with the order. My sister doesn’t speak very well English so she asked her in Spanish what flavors of popsicles/paleta they had. The girl helping us shrugged her shoulders and then decided after I gave her a look to tell her what flavors they had. She then went to prepare our order and she just put them on the counter she didn’t say what snow-cone was what. Not only that both our snow-cones were dry but we didn’t say anything. As we were leaving my daughter told her thank you and she didn’t reply anything. So I decided to go back and ask for my receipt and to tell her she was rude. I will not be coming back it sucks that one person can change a business hard work. Please hire people who have good customer service and stop hiring people who don’t want...

The girls working there honestly need to learn how to work properly. My sister and I ordered 2 shaved ice and 2 chamoyadas. They gave us the 2 shaved ice, but never gave us the 2 chamoyadas. After trying to be patient we finally asked if someone will get started on our chamoyadas. (At this point the shaved ice was already melting). She had to double check if we did in fact order 2 chamoyadas. They finally start making them, but with mango ice cream. I asked why are they being made with ice cream if that's how they've never been made. They said they changed the recipe. I asked if it's possible to make it without the dairy twice (my sister is allergic to dairy) and they ignored me. I used to like this place, but the service today was just ridiculous. Never...

Stopped by today for the first time since the snow cone place i normally go to was closed. I walked in and the dude working the cashier was amazing. He even offered to help take everything to the car sonce I was wrestling with my baby. We ended up sitting outside and he came out to make sure weren't being bothered by the people walking by and to clean off our table and taking the trash we were done with. The snow cones were sooooooooo good i got hapf sour cherry half regular and the ratio of syrup to ice was perfect! We also got a cup of elotes and my only regret was not getting a bigger size.. I will definitely be going...
