I was going to the Dalton location for a VERY long time, but have now chosen to find a new sandwich shop. Every other employee I have ever encountered has been excellent and friendly, but there are 2 older women working here that I encountered only every once in a while, that are just plain rude and have finally driven my business away. If you do go and see a short old white haired woman and/or a beast of a 'woman' with dark hair and prison looking tattoos, just turn back around and find something else to eat. They skimp on ingredients, ring up higher prices than everyone else does, and when you dare to mention anything about it, they immediately start shouting and being condescending, like you're just supposed to accept whatever add-on they choose to ring up and keep quiet about it, or take their attitude without talking back to them. They also love to tell everyone that questions them about anything, about how long they've been there, and they "run the place". I've let things go many times, but I just don't feel like excusing the behavior and tactics any longer. I've also witnessed the same behavior to other customers a few times (and there are other reviews about these 2, so it's not just me). It's really too bad because the subs are really good and (I felt) worth the little extra you pay over another chain. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back after a while and placed an order. I listed out the ingredients wanted and was assured the only those ingredients would be used. Once I got home I discovered once again this location is employed by rude individuals that canât follow simple directions. When I called to let them know the rude women blamed it on me for not asking for it a certain way which I of course did and indicated âit wasnât a big dealâ and they can remake it. I asked for a Chicken Cordon Bleu...which I had 4 other orders ...all cold ...which is all on the menu. She informed me the grill was down and did not even try to offer anything else. Why would you be open until a certain time that is marketed all over your menus and social media etc and not own up to that?
