Kraus Pizza Dalton — Restaurant in Dalton

Outstanding pizza...but the Dalton location has the worst customer service ever. Phone is always admittedly taken off the hook for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. So if your looking forward to it for dinner you may want to plan on driving there to place your order then waiting the additional 30 minutes while they decide they then have to/need to make it. Not sure if they are just hoping the people who call to get a constant busy signal will just make other plans for dinner or if they just dont want the business altogether. Either way it's a terrible inconvenience for their customers. Get it together Kraus'..Your customer service should be as excellent as your pizza

Updateafter placing an order today I went to pick up. While waiting I was told by the owner "I am lucky they are selling to me". When I repeated what he said as a question...he said "well..since you think we dont do anything but sit around". Trust me..after tonight's dinner...I'll be driving from Wooster to Navarre and I will give them my weekly patronage.

If you dont want customers to give you crummy reviews..then perhaps you shouldn't take your phone of the hook weekly for an hour at a time. Simply answering it and advising customers that your on an hour wait or so would suffice. Furthermore, you really should shy away from confronting someone in such an unprofessional manner. NEVER again will I spend money at this...

Ordered from here for first time. I will say I loved the crust of pizza!! However, pizza was VERY salty and seemed rather small for a large! I ordered breaded mushrooms for aunt....lol there were 5 med to small size then 2 teeny ones. I lol'd when I saw them once at house. Ordered wings also, they were OK. $56 for order. The middle aged+ woman there was not very friendly....I tried making small talk but she wasn't having it. She just kept sighing very loudly, like she was hating life...needless to say, I probably won't return. Which sucks, cuz I've been searching for good mom...

Horrible customer service. Lady spoke very rude to me and spoke perfectly fine to everyone else and made everyone's order before mine because they forgot about my order. Employee at front counter has VERY poor customer service and don't treat you as well as the customers they already know. She asked me "do you want me to make your pizza?" When I asked how much longer it was going to be after already waiting 30 minutes longer than I should have. Very poor service and will never spend my hard earned money...
