Brown's Dairy Dock — Restaurant in Danbury Township

Having spent lots and lots of summers in Marblehead, Brown's came to be a go-to place for me. We stopped here on a Lake Erie tour and it was every bit what I remembered. They are known best for their fresh peach and fresh strawberry sundaes - fruit from right down the road! We got flurries with that "Crunch Cote" topping, one chocolate, one vanilla. The vanilla was definitely the best as the soft serve had a wonderful taste. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Parking can be a bit tight if they're busy. There are picnic tables and a park right behind the building if you want to hang out and enjoy your treat.

Speaking of treat: Brown's has shredded chicken sandwiches and if you know this to be the delicious kind made with cream soup and not just pulled chicken on a bun, you can get it here. BUT.... they also have coney-chili dogs, right? Do yourself a solid and get a shredded chicken sandwich WITH coney sauce on it. (And about 50 napkins) -- it's messy, for sure, but you'll be glad you tried it. I first learned of this creation at Mud Hens stadium in Toledo, Ohio and you should experience it...

I LOVE THIS PLACE FAVORITE PLACE TO GET ICE CREAM WHEN I COME UP TO MARBLEHEAD but until today I went. I get all the time chocolate vanilla swirl with sprinkles and I add sprinkles on the side in a cup which they have allowed for the years that I have been up to get ice cream and today a man taking my order was being very rude about me adding a extra small cup of sprinkles. He started complaining about how it took him apparently a minute to put in the system. I work in a place of food and customers service and I allow people to order what they want if we have it. Very friendly service and when do kids not love ice cream. My only complaint was the last time we ordered about a dozen items and told them they were to go. It was a scorching hot day and they decided to make half and call for pick up. Then they took over 5 minutes making the rest while the first half melted into puddles. Had I know they needed the additional time I'dve asked them to at least keep em in the air conditioned prep area. I understand most of the staff are high schoolers but when I mentioned to the crew the issue they basically just shrugged and went back to...
