I don't often write reviews, but I have often purchased food from this place. I've made numerous attempts to eat at this place, but each time I do it is a gamble because the quality of the food is inconsistent. A rotten onion was found in the pork fried rice I ordered, as well as hair in my beef and broccoli and slimy fried chicken. On the other hand, most of the time the food is terrible in terms of freshness and lack of flavor. I once went to buy food from this place and saw one of the cooks completely disregarding hygienic procedures by spitting into a trash can that was situated directly beneath the restaurant's packing station. I frequent this restaurant because they flatly have some of the BEST Chinese Food in the area. Their Ribs and boneless ribs in particular are better than any others. If you don't eat Pork, Chicken/Beef & Broccoli is also a standout in my opinion! But I have yet to try something from Great Wall that was not delicious. In terms of service, their team is both friendly and efficient. The location is largely contactless since the COVID pandemic, and they remains so in 2024. Disgusting- raw crab Rangoon’s and sesame chicken. Don’t waste your time or your money here. I thru everything out, even the soup. I do not trust that they prevent bacteria. Raw crab rangoons- previously frozen, sesame chicken pre cooked and hard to eat; texture is all wrong. Also, They are very rude. they basically just throw the food at you.
